Firehouse subs are always exceptional! Plenty of meat! Hot and tasty! The staff is friendly! And they donate to support first responders!
My sandwich was soggy because the girl making it was more interested in her dance moves than making sure my sandwich was made correctly. She spilled steaming water on my bread and just left it that way.
Always good sandwiches! Me and my husband love coming here when we are in Tyler!
Went their today for lunch I was highly disappointed on how society treats the homeless just because they live on the streets it doesn’t matter where how you were raised respect everyone rase color doesn’t give anyone the right to curse put a homeless down there already @ the end of their rope headed towards no where please don’t do this

Went in for the first time. Place was super clean and had the delicious smell of BBQ in the air. The selection of subs is amazing and out of the 5 subs we ordered, each was equally as delicious! I love the pop machine that allows you to pick your product and flavors. If you don't want to touch the buttons, just scan the QR code and use your phone! Bathrooms were just as clean as the dining room and were just as clean smelling. No matter where you sit, you get to watch the game on one of multiple flat screens surrounding the dining room. Great place, great causes, great food, great service. It don't get better than Firehouse! (They also honor our veterans with a discount!).
Avoid if possible, service is minimal and the young lady who provided the cup for my drink, out of habit placed her fingers in the cup. When I requested a new cup she asked why and displayed an attitude. Never threw the other cup away while I was in the restaurant waiting for my food.
purchased online so prepaid.Picked up order.no cookies ( that we paid extra for) for the kids mealsNo brownies that we paid for.No lettuce.No cheese on kids subs.Almost forgot to give us our Mac n cheese.bacon on club wasn't even cooked, it was super pink and cold.The staff clearly didn't want to be working and could have cared less about our order. -_-Firehouse is my only pregnancy craving and I was so disappointed.
