The excellent customer service and drinks remind me of home! There may be a dozen coffee shops on my way, but I'll keep coming back to Dunkin'.For those who are caffeine sensitive such as myself: I can only drink decaf. Every decaf coffee I've ordered here has been exactly as requested. This is one of the few coffee spots I don't have to worry about. Thank you!
My experience in the drive thru was fine..i placed my order on the mobile drive thru. The employee was so nice as always. When i arrived to work and took out the box from the bag i was given the wrong item. I do not eat hummus. I tried several times to call store but never got through. I finally got thru around 6:30 pm..when i explained what happened..i was rudely told that many people usually open the box to see their order. I trust them to place the correct item in the bag. So this employee that i spoke to clearly doesn't trust his employees so please if you purchase anything correctly and you can prove on your app what you ordered they will not correct it. The morning crew are great..enjoy my daily morning visit..the man i spoke to at 6:30 needs to learn how to speak to loual customers.
Donuts are not so great anymore :( no icing on a glazed donut is strange. My kids didn’t like the munchkins :( I personally just got an iced coffee and it was great but I bought some pods lol we like the ones other places but in Tyler the donut palace by the hospitals is still and probably always will be the best

I ordered 10 small hot chocolates to give to school teachers in the drop off/pickup line on a cold day. We had a few leftover when we got home, so the kids and I tried them. These were the most watered down hot chocolates we had ever had. We tried stirring them in case stuff had settled, but they were still just as bad. I feel bad for the poor teachers we gave them to. I called the store to let them know what had happened, and no apology or refund or anything, just, “Okay, by.”
Never a fan of Dunkin coffee or donuts but has a nice sitting area and a ton of choices for icecream cakes
My husband got the peppermint mocha for me and I have to say it was the worse peppermint flavor I’ve ever had. They did NOT get it right at all. Not sure if it was the person who made it or if that’s just how Dunkin’ wants them to make it. Either way it tasted fake or “skinny”…. Just wasn’t good. Donuts were okay. Tasted more baked instead of fried. But for a donut it was edible unlike my coffee. Smh. Stick to Starbucks for coffee.

Service was slow, and they got my order wrong. I was probably in at a bad time of day (around lunch) but the selection was limited as well. It was clean and the staff was friendly though.
