First could not talk to real person while ordering. Tried to order online o could use an e-gift card & could not do that... get to store got SHRUG from counter girl. Pizza wa good but cold. Probably would give a minus because of shrug & smirk. I worked for Olive Garden for 19 years & if we had customer service like that we would not have a job anymore
Have ordered delivery several times from this location in the past year. Has always been good quality, delivered quickly by friendly and courteous drivers. A single incorrect item in an order was handled swiftly by the staff.
I was ok with my one pizza but I wasn't told about 2 large pizzas would been shearer at cost. I won't be back. Poor worker training. Pizza was good.
No gloves were in sight preparing food at all. walked in and cook was wiping hands on his shirt and grabbing ingredients actively putting them on the pizza touching metal poles and everything in restaurant while making pizza literally bare handed. My pizza had what seemed to be hair all on the bottom of it. I wanted a remake but walked in and saw the no glove situation and instantly changed my mind.
My food is always right and hot when it gets to my door. Delivery drivers make sure to place my food in places they would want their own. Im happy with them! Just wish they give ya girl some coupons lol
This was the first and last time that I will visit this store. I ordered online, and when I got there my order was not ready and I gave them plenty of time. On top of that, the staff was rude, not customer friendly at all. I had my online order confirmation to show them what time I ordered, and they acted like they didn't care. This is why a large majority of the Pizza Huts are closing. Someone needs to check their stores a little better. I wonder how many more people are disappointed ? From one heck of a pizza lover.
Pizza was awful. we waited over an hour and are located down the street. it was cold and the hand-tossed crust was very hard.
Whoever made the pizzas for order#46 1/2/2022 11:25am made them perfectly.
Excellent service. Timely and never had an issue with an order. I work long hours and it’s always great to order one of their deals and have it delivered hot and fresh so I can relax when I get home. Highly recommend this location for orders large or small, and their prices can’t be beat for a great quality meal.
