Really bad service. I ordered pizza at 4 pm today and I make several calls to ask what’s going on but they never answer. I finally received the pizza at 8 pm. I’m so upset and disappointed.
They have no delivery drivers do ordering delivery means waiting forever to get your food. You get the food cold if you are lucky to even get it. Do not order from this dominos if you can.
Do not order food from here . I paid 27.00 for a small pizza and wings that were cold. On top of the 100 minute wait. To get it all with no ranch dressing. The manager is rude. So call Pappa John's
I think their oven may have been too hot. Everything looked burnt. Tasted ok. I love the garlic oil/butter stuff they put on the crust but they used WAY too much. The tops of the pizza's may have looked burnt, but the bottom was not crisp due to all the garlic oil stuff.I tried the "new" five cheese dip with bread twists, I personally don't recommend it. I'll try the cheese and marinara one next time. Hopefully they dont burn the tops again and take it easy on the oil next time. Otherwise, I'll have to try a different domino's.
I just placed an order at Dominoes on W Gentry and I never got my order. I tried to call to cancel the order and get a refund and no one ever answered the phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I am not sure what is going on at this location, but if you are hungry.. don't use this one.

They're crispy crust pizza is really really good! The orders are always accurate. The delivery drivers are very nice.Always fresh and hot!?+?= ?
If I could put no stars I would their service is trash as well as some of their team members. I was waiting an hour for my pizza and he said it would be a 2 hr wait for drivers I understand that part but I asked him why my pizza was already made and he said they can’t leave it on the screen so no matter if it’s 2 or more hours until it gets to you they make it and leave it sitting until a driver becomes available and their customer service is garbage! Call anywhere but the gentry location!
I ordered two pizzas, received a call asking if I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered, because delivery was going to take two hours. I said it’s fine, I can wait. Never received ANYTHING. I was still charged for it all. They used to be my favorite but I’ll pay some other place for way better customer service ✌?
