Give those poor kids more training before throwing them out there.. They tried to give us the wrong order.. And then watched the person who's order it was go back in because things were missing.. Both orders of the same burger ordered the same way made differently.. I understand it was lunchtime and they were busy but we could hear them inside talking about how they had no idea what was going on.. ?
Stopped by DQ this afternoon for ice cream. We ordered a vanilla cone with sprinkles, a hot fudge sundae and a banana split. The vanilla was put in a cup rather than a cone, no big deal, took it and moved on. The sundae order was correct. Waited 10 minutes for the banana split. Asked if there was a problem. No one had even started to prepare it. After another almost 10 minutes it was finally ready. The scoop part of the plastic spoon in it was broken in half with a sharp edge. Returned it to the counter and they wanted to replace the spoon. We said no….we didn’t know where the other half of the spoon was. Perhaps down in the ice cream. They said they would fix another one. Waited 10 minutes, no banana split. When we asked about it, again it wasn’t even being prepared! As everyone else was long past finished with their ice cream we asked for a refund on the banana split. The young man running the register didn’t know how to do a refund and seemed shocked we wanted our money back for an item we had waited almost 30 minutes for and never received. The assistant manager finally came up and couldn’t figure out how to do the refund either. He had to call another employee over to complete the refund. There were several employees working behind the counter but there didn’t seem to be any organization. I don’t know who was supposed to be prepping the orders for the front counter but they obviously were dropping the ball. The cashier watched me stand there waiting and never once asked anyone where the rest of my order was. Very disappointing customer service.
Chicken strips are chicken tinders now.Nobody pays attention to order details or upgrades.They do the bare minimum.And the blizzard was just straight ice cream….
I was so unpleased!!! I wanted cheese fries. I got chili cheese fries twice and the last time I basically got a box of grease. I was so upset!!!
It was good but I was surprised to find out that they do not put the cheese on the nachos. I would prefer that they put it on them instead old in cups on the side.
NEVER gets the order right. PatheticUPDATE 3yrs after my review and it’s still 50/50 on order being correct. Only difference now is if you ask at the window if certain items you ordered are in the bag and get attitude because u asked. Get home and not only are the items missing ( extra gravy and nacho cheese) but instead of getting 2 chicken baskets as requested…. You get blessed with 1 chicken basket and 1 steak finger basket…. Oh and also had to have them fix the drinks at the window because that’s apparently complicated. Maybe we will attempt this again in a few months.
Dairy Queen's food to me isn't the greatest, but if you ever want a slappin blizzard it's the place to go ?
The lady who took my order was very nice my food was good the chicken wasn't fresh out the cooker but wasn't old either (thank god) I wished it was a little more hot but the gravy warmed it up but barley warm fries was upsetting reason why Im giving 4 stars also bc of the drive thru I started to go thru by the window and realized my Dodge dually wasn't going to fit (bc of the tires) so I had to back up and out of the drive thru to the side the lady took my payment and brought me my food They would really have a warning sign about what side can fit thru this is really first time my truck hasn't ever not fit thru a drive thru before

Definitely wait for taco Tuesday. Over 10$ for 3 tacos and a med drink
