I was given a burger with no meat on a togo order. I was on my way to work so I couldn't turn around and go back. I called the store to let them know what happened, they told me "Please hold, we'll have a manager speak with you to try and get this resolved." I sat on hold for 15 minutes and tried calling back 5 to 6 times but my call was never answered. Nonexistent customer service and ownership should be notified.
What a friendly place! Cherrone was super cheerful and helpful. Tables, floors clean, drink area clean and stocked. Kids loved their food and blizzards and I was surprised to see a dairy free gluten free dilly bar on the menu. It was pretty good!
Fresh crispy fries, burger prepared to order, chocolate malt good but could use more malt powder.
Dairy Queen's are typically one of the most laid back fast food resturants (in Texas). They remind you of a more mom and pop resturant than a chain. This location is a star amoung those as the service is friendly and the ambiance is distinctly NETexas.
Terrible service. I spent 40 min to order a hamburger with literally a patty and bread for my son.Extremely unorganized and inattentive towards customers.

All right I'm getting tired of leaving negative reviews for restaurants but I honestly have to say the burger sucked like I would not go there again maybe for ice cream but definitely not for a burger. My bun was stale like literally to the point where part of it was hard and tear it off and throw it away the meat was dry and tasteless so yeah ice cream you good to go Burger don't do it.

This is the best DQ I have ever been in. Excellent food, excellent service, wonderful atmosphere. I didn't even know that they made fast food establishments this good any more. Kudos! Highly Recommend!
