The best Dairy Queen I have been to around the USA
My food was terrible, I should have taken it back and got my money. I ordered the “Dude” meal which is my favorite. The fries were not fresh, they were cold, my sandwich looked like it had been sitting there all day, the lettuce was so soft and mushy I took some bites, and just put it in the trash. This is the only DQ in North Tyler, and I usually stop here, when I come in from Dallas. But I cannot continue to give my money and get poor products. If possible I will submit a picture, it was ridiculous that people have the nerve to give you bad food at your expense. I will not be coming there anymore. If I get bad food or bad service that is it for me…
I did not have to wait a long time. They were friendly and courteous. The place was lean so overall I liked it.

It was Dairy Queen. Food was good and people were friendly. Should have gotten ice cream when I was there. LOL
Drive thru was awesome. Window attendant was excellent! Food was good!
We enjoy eating at this DQ. The employees are nice and food is made fresh. Great service here.
4 piece chicken strip meal only had 2 strips
Horrible service, they had too remake my hamburger 3 times before getting it right. What is so hard about a number 2 with mustard, catchup and pickles only. Hell the first one only had one patty if it was to go I would have been severely over charged. This place needs some major retraining.
The service & food were fine. I did dine in while I was in Tyler. Although I have been traveling to Tyler for 26 yrs. now, I had never noticed that there are open Bibles in every Dairy Queen in Tyler. Love It.
