Not impressed with this DQ. My son wanted a Hungerbuster Jr. with only ketchup, mayo, and cheese. That's how I ordered it. It came with everything on it. I scraped it off. I did not ask for a remake. The small blizzard that I ordered for him had holes in the cup and was leaking which is very common. I did ask for another cup to place it in. The news was on and the other 2 t.v.s were off or weren't working. The drink station was messy. The napkins tear also when pulling them out of the dispenser adding to the mess. The faucet in the men's restroom needs to be fixed.The employee that took my order was very nice and courteous to me. I did see 3 employees taking a break including one outside smoking. Not going back to this DQ. Sorry.
Just watch out when ordering blizzards . Has happen already a couple of times.Order a medium reeses blizzard barely tasted like reeses!Service is ok.
It took them forever to get my order correct and when I got home to eat my dude it tasted funny
They have fantastic blizzards and usually the service is quick, efficient, and the order almost always comes out correct. They greet with a smile on their face and the ice cream is always top notch.
Great service. All the employees we so friendly. Of course the ice cream treats were yummy!
Well we order our food when we waited in line like 10 minutes it was a lunch time so that was the expected we ordered our food burgers and fries and chicken strips they were the worst tasting hamburger meat that I've ever tasted I don't know if it was soy or if they had pre-cooked it or ahead of time it was just nasty the fries were hard and cold chicken strips they weren't too bad, but this was the one in Tyler so it was pretty bad I won't go back and it was very expensive too it's like $30 for three meals and one of those was a child under five years old so you can take my advice and take it out for yourself or you can just not it's up to y'all
EXCELLENT service! Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Food was properly prepared and brought to our table.
Clean restaurant...service was excellent! Breakfast Taquitos Combo was tasty and served with a smile. Love the blessing we received.
They had a special called the Full Meal Deal. You get a Hunger Buster, Fries, Drink, and Mimi Blizzard. It was quite good. Would recommend you try it out. This special only runs for a short time.
