Loved the whole experience, the place gets very busy and I would recommend reservations, although we did not and we're lucky it was cool enough to dine outside, the food was incredible, we had the Crawfish Mac and cheese and it was a huge serving, we also shared the meats Flatbread, and enjoyed a few of the 50+ craft beers.

Our reservation was for outside and so we thought "oh, there must be a nice patio with good ambiance." Nope, outside literally means on the sidewalk outside of the restaurant, no fence, nothing. So people walk by constantly and cars zooming through downtown. Quite disappointed on that front. We started our meal with the shrimp appetizer. Was really good. Honestly you could do without the shrimp...the tasso/onion/jalapeno/corn mix at the bottom was far better than the shrimp themselves. Would suggest scallops instead of the shrimp. The shrimp were overcooked (great size shrimp though). My wife got the tuna. Excellently done...way too much pepper on the tuna. Our waitress said it came with asparagus, however was served broccoli instead. Not bad but asparagus would have been better. I got the pork chop and was quite disappointed. Was extremely dry and overcooked. The waitress offered to have it redone but would take an additional 15 minutes (after having already waited 1-hr for our food). I got through it but hated to have spent $45 on it. The menu said it was topped with onions, however, mine had some greens on top. Not bad but would have preferred the onions. Overall, an 'ok' experience...we waited a while to get silverware after our food had already been served to us. We were given cheap paper napkins (that were in shreds after the meal...I asked for another napkin but it never came). Other tables had cloth napkins so not sure what happened there. Unsure if we will go back, very pricey for what we got/ambiance/no sides. I don't mind spending money on good food but definitely not what I would expect for the prices.

Loved our experience there. Literally some of the best food I’ve had in my entire life!

The food was fantastic! This was our first time to have dinner here and it did not disappoint! Their lunch menu is pretty awesome as well!

Great food and awesome service from Kyle. We will be back! Didn’t like the 3% charge for using a credit card tho.

Had a great experience at Culture ETX. We visited for lunch on a weekday. Was not too busy and got a table immediately. Facility is small on the corner of a building on the downtown square. Host/waiter was polite and professional. Plenty of food options from burgers, sandwiches, a few taco options, and specialty dinner plates. A great selection of beers and wines as well. Food was served hot and fresh. We had the hamburger w/fries and the crawfish sandwich w/homemade chips. Flavors were outstanding and memorable. We will definitely return to enjoy more of the chefs offerings.

My husband and I went here for dinner with pretty high hopes based on great reviews but were sadly very disappointed by our experience. We ordered a bottle of wine, corn bread as a starter and 2 entrees all during the first order with the waiter as we had been warned that that service can be a bit slow and wanted to get ahead of that. We received our wine and water quickly but after quite some time we realized we were finishing our entire bottle of wine without even receiving our appetizer of corn bread (after more than an hour after placing the order). After notifying the servers that we hadn’t received anything, we finally were given the appetizer about 15 minutes later without much of any explanation as to why the delay. We continued to wait another 40-45 minutes before asking for the check without receiving entrees (at this point we had ordered 2 hours prior). After reviewing the check, we were told the food was ready and asked if we still wanted it and realizing that most restaurants in town would be closed at this point we decided to accept the food. It was actually very tastey, but with the negative service and length of time we waited, it really overpowered the experience of the food. At the end, we were offered a 10% discount and the corn bread removed from the bill, being transparent this was $15 off of an original $115 bill so it didn’t feel like much of an apology. We really don’t like to complain but hope that this feedback can be beneficial for the restaurant to make improvements in the future and maybe to also set expectations for future customers that could have a similar experience. When spending this amount of money on a meal, there are some service expectations that come along with it and this expectation was definitely not met during our visit (and I just mean timely food delivery and occasional checking in to refill water or checking if we need anything, I’m not expecting fine dining service here). However, we will try the restaurant again in the future to hopefully have a different experience.

The best cuisine in east Texas for a nice meal out! The best fettuccine Alfredo I think I have ever had anywhere! These guys are trained well and can bring the flavor!

Continues to be a wonderful experience with great food.

The care that was taken with the preparation of our dishes was superb! Everything tasted wonderful and the presents was perfect. We will definitely be back, and soon!
