Had my birthday celebration dinner here and they went above and beyond to make sure every thing was perfect!Ezekiel was our waiter and did an excellent job! He waited on about 20 individuals with very different taste buds and a million questions. We never felt tension or that he wasn't attentive!Thank you, Clear Springs !
Great food, great service from Jordain. We were there with a group of 10 in couples, and we ALL were very confused by our tickets ... it appeared that an 18% gratuity had been added in, but although listed before the subtotal, after some calculator work we realized that the listed gratuity was actually not added in. Then after sales tax ANOTHER 18% "service charge" was added in before the grand total. I have never seen a ticket like this! Jordain did her best to explain this to us so that we understood what was really added into our bills, and what was not. She did a great job, but this should not be the server's task ... the bill should be totally clear as printed.
The food was excellent and serving very large. The onion rings are the world’s best. I had delicious barbecued shrimp with string beans and rice. My husband had a huge country fried chicken with cream gravy, mashed potatoes and corn. Our server, Emily, was friendly and helpful as was the Hostess. This was our first time there and we will be back.
This was our first time eating there, and we will be back. For our appetizers we had their "World Famous Onion Rings" which were above any others we've had locally. For the entree we both had different chicken meals which were very good, and tender. Looking forward to trying their seafood, which seemed to be their most popular entrees.
A regular spot to enjoy. Waiters are attentive and very pleasant. Meals are severed soon and delicious.
Always wonderful food and service, with a menu that's sure to please the entire family.
This is not based on any one trip to the restaurant but on many because it is one of our favorites for a nice reasonable priced meal that is always good.
Best fried catfish and cold slaw in Tyler. Fried shrimp and oysters were awesome also. If you like corn meal, this is your place. Service was great also. We'll be coming back soon.
My Daughter and I took a nice day trip yesterday and before heading home we stopped in about 3pm and enjoyed our meal it was a perfect ending to a perfect day with my daughter. She said that was the best burger ever and the ribeye I ate was a perfect medium rare. The fried pickles were crispy and seasoned well and I would have to say your onion rings were the best I've ever had. Thank y'all.
Onion rings and fried pickles are the best! Wait staff is always nice and friendly. Frozen Margaritas are on point and the food is delicious!
