Great food and fair price. We had a wonderful time there.I am positive we will be going back more than 1 more time ...Staff were super helpful. Our waiter who sadly I can't remember his name...pony tail and beard 50 Ish was awesome
First time eating here. Their menu could use a bit more variety. But everything tasted fresh. The serving portions were huge. Beef fajita was a little rubbery, but with a name like Chuy's should I have expected something different? Salsa was awesome.I recieved great service from my waiter.
Excellent food and service.
We’ve been to Chuy’s in Dallas and in Tyler. We were in Tyler this week in the outdoor seating. We requested corn tortillas and got flour tortillas. When I questioned the waiter and pointed it out to him he said he can tell by the shape of them that they are corn tortillas because they are smooth edges. Let’s see, I’ve only eaten corn tortillas for years. I only have seen yellow corn tortillas and soft white flour tacos for years. I’ve only eaten at Chuy’s and other Mexican restaurants for years and I am completely stupid over the difference between a flour and a corn tortilla? Then the waiter came up to us while we were still eating and said he had to cash out a big table and so he was going to have to cash us out also. So what? So you cash out another table when they’re ready to go and you cash us out when we’re ready to go. I like the food at Chuy’s. I like going to Chuy’s. I will not have that waiter again.
the food was delish!!! great server and food was hot and brought out quick.
As always, Chuy's is an excellent option for great food. Had an exceptional experience dining at this location in Tyler. The staff was wonderful in seating our party of 12 and providing us a special space and the server was wonderful in splitting our check and offering quick service. Highly recommend and am grateful for the opportunity for our large group to gather and enjoy a special meal at a favorite restaurant for this group.
I love Chuy's! I ate at the original Chuy's in Austin in the late '80s. We drank many a tequila toasts to the velvet Elvis while we ate tasty food; guacamole, chips, tacos, etc. Glad to know that some things never change! Delicious as always.
Being originally from the NW, I’m not very familiar with Tex-Mex. That said Chuy’s has become one of my favorite restaurants. Great service and delicious food. You will like it as well!!
It had been several years since I went to the happy hour at Chuys... the chip bar is gone but the chips and salsa are still free and the cute bartender was nice conversation and spot on with the mixed drinks ! I'd go back for the drinks and bartender ! It's nice to talk with happy people vs just people dropping off food and drinks
Absolutely love Chuy’s. It’s amazing food.
