The guy toke my order was good it toke 30-45 minutes to get my order with 2 person working
Horrible service,the black lady seemed to be in a horrible mood. She did not want me to seat at an área where she was sweeping, she kept running her mouth and dragging the chairs expecting me to leave. Chicken was DRY and biscuits had been under a heat lamp for hours. Very unproffesional.

got in drivethru line thur at 7pm waited forever....line took 10 per car....so frustrated when it was my turn i just left...noticed that drive thru person wasnt even getting ready to wait on me....he had done left the window....went to brookshires for my chicken....HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!
Chicken breast was not fresh. This is unusual for this location.
Absolutely my favorite chicken, hands down.The food was great although they served our sides in Styrofoam cups which was rather odd.The drive-thru staff was super friendly and respectful.Churches is very sentimental for me as it was my mama's favorite chicken place to go in Arizona.When I found them here I was ecstatic!Everytime we've gone through the drive-thru or walked in, the service has been top notch.I recommend this Churches for all singles, couples and families.
After a long day of work I stopped in to get chicken because cooking was not on my list to do. I placed an order for spicy chicken with the cashier who stated spicy is usually leftover around this time (approx 6pm) and I asked if it was possible I could get some cooked. She went to ask the cook and they talk for a few seconds for her to ask me what pieces did I want, I responded stood to the side to await my fresh chicken. 2 mins later she came giving me my chicken and I asked I thought I had to wait for the chicken she responded o he was pulling some up. I got the chicken didn’t actually open the box to check the chicken because from the temperature of the box I could tell it was from the grease. I got home to eat the chicken just to realize the chicken was old and that cook only took the leftover chicken and dropped in back in the grease to serve. Then to have the cashier to come lie to my face was something neither of them had to do! If I wanted leftovers I had plenty for free at home. Very disappointed
We had the best customer service with David at the drive thru. If I had been in a bad mood he would have changed it. He made my day. Dont ever lose valuable employees like him. I drove away with fantastic chicken and a smile on my face.
Since last time going the food wasn't as enjoyable.
