For the manager Rodney McGee to think it’s okay for his employees and himself to use the N word in front of other employees of another race, and where customer could hear it’s really sad. When Rodney was approached about it he had nothing much to say but no it’s not okay, so if it’s not okay why did you allow it. This was very hard ending to hear as well as very very disrespectful, was one of my favorite Church’s but not any longer.
Chicken is Bland service was horribly slow. Biscuit was the only good thing.
I live about 2 miles from this church's chicken but I will have to start going to the one on Gentry pkwy WAY BETTER SERVICE than this sorry place on old Kilgore hwy. Always have some stupid story about anything you ask them . Like today FOUR sauces packets for a 10 pc and 3 large sides .That's only today's bad experience. Other times have been worse.Don't waste your money and time with this place.
We spent like $32 on our chicken with okra and biscuits with masked potatoes. The potatoes had only enough gravy for 1 person when the meal was supposed to feed 8. The okra was soggy and the chicken was still raw. We even cooked it for an hour on 350° and it was still bloody. When we went to the store to make it straight they gave us the biscuits that we were missing but never gave us our okra even though they said they would. They asked to see 1 piece of chicken then got mad when we didn't bring our whole meal. Half of it had already gotten thrown out by the church and we tried telling them that but they didn't listen.
By far hands down the best chicken and service of all the other Church's that I have eatem

I ordered a 10 piece with two large sides,I had to wait 20 min for the Mac and cheese that was slightly burnt,the chicken was good and staff was super friendly and the biscuits were amazing,.y daughter really wanted that Mac and cheese that was my only disappointment.
The food was hot and delicious. First time stopping by and I certainly will be back. The team members are very nice

They have really got better at having fresh chicken must have new management hopefully they keep it up
