The food was wonderful, classic Church’s Chicken. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the restaurant, not so much.

My biscuits were not cooked properly , also the chicken was old+cold. On top of that, the Individual who worked the register this afternoon displayed Very Crass Behavior. Im glad the weather was so Lovely today.

Manger has a problem with common courtesy.I returned burnt okra and the manger refused to replace, substitute and refund my money.The lady with the tangled horse hair weave is disgusting.You did this to a senior citizen.
There open sign was on but turned off after I got out car the fact tht they couldn't serge me is one thing but as much food as they took home they could have asked me if I wanted any they packed 3 bags n boxes of food with more chicken on the hit plates no drive thru

I went last night about 6:15, I ordered the 10 piece mix, mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, and with biscuits. The manager Renee told us it would be a 20 minute wait… first of all it turned into an hour wait, we got the wrong sides and the Mac and cheese was not baked at all. The manager Renee was not friendly and she was loud… the gm had to come in for her to do her job, then the cook started cursing out the other employee, very loud, the place is a mess. They don’t apologize about the wait at all. The only employee that was trying to communicate with us kept being told to go to the back when she was trying to help… it was us plus a couple of other people. Never again will I choose this place to eat…
The chicken was hot and good thanks. The reason for my low rating is about thhe overall restaurant appearance and condition. We are finally entering the COVID-19 sanctions, thus I feel that during the low time in the last 24 months there was llenty of time to upkeep the tables, deep cleanning and chairs. Unfortunately these were terrible; the tables are so faded, the chairs worned to the max, the floors are uncleanable. Make an effort to clean, and with your good chicken youll be on your way again.
