Every single table in the restaurant was covered in food waste. The tables outside had ants all over them. The steak was cold and chewy, to the point that the cheese on my wife’s burrito bowl would not even melt after sitting for several minutes. Will not be coming back to this Chipotle location. I will note that there were plenty of staff there (about 10 people) to take care of cleanliness, there was just no one doing anything about it.

Miranda is a gift to your organization & should be recognized. I personally witnessed a line of customers to the door and she single handedly kept the energy up & very efficiently continued to care for clients which helped the flow of the line. I can only imagine what the wait time would be if everyone else working had shared her positivity & motivation to serve the customers with a “see a need, meet a need” attitude. As we all know, that’s a hard trait to find now a days. She should be recognized for her commitment to excellence. I personally give her 5 stars but 4 stars is what I am giving bc of our experience with the rest of the team

What has happened to this location? It used to be first rate, but we've had so many issues for the past few months. They've lost our app order. We had to prove it by showing the app. Everything has gotten dirtier and there is no customer service. Tonight, they never acknowledged our presence. With about 6 employees, we waited over 10 minutes without them even looking our way. They were only working on the to-go orders. We usually eat here once or twice a week, but I think we are done. It's just unacceptable. So disappointed.

Always get a bowl and it last atleast 2+ meals. I never get their chips, I would rather save $2 and use mine at home. It's good fresh and I eat it cold later as a chip topper. I literally haven't found anything I don't like there. I usually get the chicken, brown cilantro rice, and pinto beans AND black beans, the corn. Plus everything in-between

Wish I could rate it zero stars. Management is awful, staff is always standing around not working especially when they are busy, they are always out of food, and don’t try to order online. You’re better off going to Freebirds. Won’t be going back.

The customer is definitely not there #1 priority! I drove to this location and went inside to get food to go. They rushed to make my food and ended up not bagging one of my orders. I noticed that after I made it back home. I called and explained to the manager what happened, she took my name down and said I could have it remade if I come back that day or anytime during he next two weeks. I’m thinking ok cool! I went back that night and the ladies in the line were giving me a hard time saying that I didn’t order certain things on it the first time and it wasn’t written down (blah blah). That’s not how you treat customers especially when they messed up and I had to drive all the way back there! If anything you should offer something for free ! Terrible store!

“If I could give it a 0 I would, but that’s not possible - so I give it a 1.” They’ve had an “ice shortage” for 2 months now. I guess no one there realizes ice is just frozen water and it’s an easy fix. Plus they are always incredibly slow. They also threw away an entire bowl of food that was made by accident right in front of my face - but I guess we just waste food here in America. Love chipotle - hate this chipotle.

This chipotle is very mismanaged. I have been to this location on one occasion where the business was open, but there was zero employees within the facility even a cop was confused on what was going on. There has been many times that they have been out of certain drinks like coke, Coke Zero, and etc. The main complaint is the ice machine it has been out for over a month with no attempt from the company to fix it or provide ice to the customers. I’ve never had any problems with the food or the employees. It’s just the lack of keeping up with maintenance is obvious and annoying.

This happened today at this time now. We come in for some chipotle and the workers aren't acknowledging us at all? After waiting, we see their chicken and steak both are empty so we ask “are you guys out of chicken and steak?” They say “we’re out for tonight”. It’s 8 o’clock and you’re out of your main entree? That sounds like laziness. Very disappointed I the customer service
