Deliver for door dash and this chili's is the worst place in town when it comes to getting orders out to the customers or drivers.. I have had missing food 20 minute waits etc etc.. How can I make money on a 6.75 cent order if I have to wait and be ignored for 20 minutes every time I take an order from you? The skinny blonde purposely makes me wait for my order because I complained to the manager about the take out performance on her watch so now she has a vendetta and it's getting old.. I will escalate this if it keeps happening because it only seems to happen when she's the one working...The manager tonight told me she referring to (the skinney blonde) would bag my order right beside her instead of giving me the order after bagging it left it on the counter while the manager was on the phone talking about not giving personal info out for 10minutes to somebody I can only assume was not either a customer or a driver..I ended up leaving the order there! Same manager wants to give lectures to a little ol lady just trying to pickup her delivery order off the counter by herself and its a shame because nobody was there to help her so what did yall expect? I will start wearing a body cam when I come in there and will be forwarding my issues to somebody well above the managers working at the store with video backup..
I ordered a well done burger and they gave me what is in the picture. Then I called 5 times no answer to see if something could be done about my order. I started to get shrimp tacos never getting beef again!
Great service, my cousin and I went out tonight for Valentine’s Day. All the staff were there to support one another. Not a single beat was missed. Had a great conversation with one of the employees as we spoke on our military MOS and fun times. Everything came out in a timely manner from beverages down to the ticket.
Walked in for a Sunday lunch, not busy.. requested a booth within the bar which only had 2 other tables of patrons, we were told we could ONLY sit at the bar.. bc they "only had 2 cooks".. um, yeah wth?? What difference does that make regarding our choice of seats within the bar area that was basically empty.. ??We left & won't be back.. too stupid for comprehension.
The service was a little slow but our waiter was good. The steak was undercooked. The floor and tables were dirty. Probably would not go back to this chili's.
I got an appetizer of Texaz cheese fries(half) loaded with schedded cheese, green onion bits, and jalapenos.My main entree was brisket quesadillas with shredded cheese, slow-smoked pulled brisket, roasted jalapenos and and house barbecue sauce; it was served with pico, sour cream and ancho-chile sauce.Dessert was a couple of small bowls of vanilla ice cream with some chocolate syrup. My drink was raspberry lemonade. The whole meal was delicious.
Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. The place was not clean. The food was horrible. We will never go back. After this experience I’m not sure that we will ever try Chili’s anywhere again. Gross conditions and even worse food.
I took my 4 boys out for a treat and this is where we decided to go. The kids enjoyed their food but there was a long wait to get a table as well as after we ordered. I tried to go cheaper by doing the 2 for $25 and somehow the bill still ended up being almost $100.
Service was good. No,waiting. Place was not crowded by any means. Women's Bathroom was horrible. Toilet was sideways. Leaking water. Paper all over floor. Unsanitary. Order the two for $25. Order sirloin steak, medium well. It clearly was well done. Chicken fajitas, were delicious We waited almost 30mins, before food came out. The Service was very Good. The wait and the Bathroom. Well.
My side salad came in what I'm assuming is the soup container?!? Not much of a salad....
