My Sunday experience at Chicken Express on Loop 323 in Tyler was delightful. One employee had a bad attitude, however JC stepped in quickly and handled the situation in a professional manner.JC brought my food, and was very polite with a nice smile. In today's world the meaning of a smile is forgotten. It could make someone's day or in the restaurant business a smile could earn you a tip. JC knows the meaning of a smile and displays it well. He is a good leader and trying to work with this younger generation. The chicken, livers, and fish is very good. All the sides are excellent and so is the tea..I would like to thank JC for a delightful experience each time I come to Chicken Express on Loop 323, in Tyler, Tx.
Ordered fish --had no taste, I don't have anything to compare it to . Hushpuppies no taste except grease, ordered Cole slaw as a side would not want to eat this again totally bland . I hope the straw cats in our neighborhood enjoy this terrible meal because I didn't. To pay good money and get crap like this . This place shouldn't be in business.
The food was pretty much fresh but make sure u CHECK UR ORDER before driving off!!!!
Went to the CExpress on loop 323 in Tyler today at noon. Ordered two 2 catfish fillets both with hiss puppies and one with okra one with mash potatoes and both with cold slaw. Both with tarter sauce and cocktail sauce.We waited 15 minutes for them to cook it and 7 cars behind us got their orders and left. We got home and no cocktail sauce but two tarter sauces each! Then we both got okra but no cold slaw at all.Checked receipt and the receipt had order correct. Can’t anybody read and put it in the bag?
We went in with 2 adults and 4 kids, ordered a lot of food, and were pretty loud! Caleb and Tony were extremely polite and helpful! I commend them both on their patience and helpfulness!
At this visit the credit card machine was out, which wasn't told during ordering but very apparent that had just gone out. Service had an incredibly bad attitude and conveyed how much they did not want to be there. Top this experience off with order not being correct.Good luck if you're willing to give this location a try.
I always come here the food is great and the tea is the best. But it's a chic in the drive thru that don't need to be there,almost made me not order
Just got my food and everything is hard and cold except the chicken and the chicken is burnt. My 2 year old wouldn’t even eat it
This is the most awful place to eat in Tyler. The staff customer service is horrible. The staff forgets that customer service is to listen to the client and assess their need, as it is their money that they are spending. I wrote a complaint with the BB, and I’m currently waiting on a response.
This location has went downhill.. I waited for 15 min at the speaker before my order was took. And then my medium drink came in a 16 ounce lil cup, which I've never received.. the chicken strips were over cooked. I used to love this place but now I will not be back
