Good store. Messed up order. Add egg ended up add cheese. Still love Chick-fil-a
This is by far the most I've ever been impressed with a delivery service. I live a little over 3 miles from the store. They had my food hot and delicious at my front door 10 minutes after I placed my order.
As usual, Chick-fil-a produces a quality product at a fair price. Only one issue with this visit was the delivery vehicle was parked in the only remaining handicap spot without a placard...not real cool but whatever...we simply used one of the curbside spots instead since I'm sure nobody would have minded since only two of the 400 were being used for curbside customers.
Food was good but the service isn't up to the chick fil a standards I'm used to. There was a manager that ignored me waiting for a drink refill so she could tell another employee to clean the lobby in a fairly condescending tone. Not at all what I expect in a restaurant known for their over the top customer service
Chick-fil-A has excellent food and a clean environment, but sadly this store chose to not open their play place. Not the same fun experience for the whole family.Update, after hearing the restaurant has opened back up its playground I will give them their well deserved 5 star rating again! Thanks Chicfila!
Rude employees. Told me that food I wanted had gluten but when asked what part has it and if we could leave anything out to make it safe for me admitted that they just didn’t want to check. Also when I asked for the 3 & under you looked at me like I was crazy, I have gotten my daughter that toy (a board book) twice at other locations in the past day.
sat in the line for 15 minutes for breakfast the car in front of us ordered breakfast and instead of taking our order before it turned 10:30 the girl decided to talk and walk around and get a drink then proceeded to tell us we couldn’t order breakfast.. considering everyone in this line has now been waiting 20+ mins I don’t think it’s fair for us not to get what we came here for … if you’re going to have people outside taking orders in lanes maybe they should actually walk around and do their job instead of waiting for people to come to the menu. The Broadway one is never like this.! Been here since 10:15 now it’s 10:48…

Service is tash. When people behind you get their food before you that crazy. 3 cars behind me got their food!! Got my money back . I'll just keep going to Longview,tx Chick-fil-A!!! Way better services and friendly people that take your order.
