This location is a mixed blessing. The food and service are both great but the corporate decision to focus 99% on app and drive thru service at the expense of those of us who prefer to eat inside is maddening. The entire parking lot allocated to this restaurant has been taken up by the expanded drive thru, the dozen pick stalls and the four delivery vehicle spaces. There is not one parking space for a dine in customer. My understanding is that most future new locations will not even have an inside dining area at all. This may be ok for those who are content to eat cold food or threaten the safety of others by eating while driving, but it marks the end of true customer service by what used to be a great company

As a doordasher this is the worst location. It don't matter if they are busy or not. They won't allow dashers inside the building to get the order and force them to wait in the 1hr+ lines. This location has been reported many times and will more than likely end up being removed from doordash for breaking their terms of service as a merchant.

We love coming to Chick-fil-a because it is the LEADER in world class customer service. I had the smoked bbq chicken sandwich which was recently brought back and it was very good. Clean, friendly atmosphere and great food!

My ticket clearly showed what I only ordered and my special order, when that I paid extra for… yet what was in my bag when I got home was wrong. Disappointed but didn’t have the time or energy to go all of the way back to the store . I’d probably go back but I also have ordered thru the app before and store closed before I could get thru line to pick it up and even though the store contacted me I never got reimbursed. Things happen, no one is perfect, of course, but I believe an effort should be made to make things right.

Chick-fil-A has good food good prices. The mobile app places your order; it is easy; you should check it out yourself

They ask how many sauces you want and they only give you one. The manager Says the have a policy on how many sauces They can give out, team members was not trained to inform they charge extra. Disappointed I’ve gotten better service at McDonald’s.For some people the condiments makes the meal.

I visited Tyler, TX at the beginning of December 2021 and was so intimidated to stop by this location when I first saw the crazy drive thru line.I was craving some Chick-fil-A on my last night here and caved in around 7:00 PM. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff they had outside and how they moved the line through. There seemed to be three rows of cars stretching out to the outer parking lot, but these guys and gals moved the line through like nothing. The service was crazy fast given the long line and all the employees were super friendly not showing any stress. Commendations to all the employees who work hard to move the customers in and out. I have directed traffic before and is it is no easy feat. I definitely recommend this location.

3rd time in a row I was missing my sauce when I got home. Yeah I should have checked the bag especially after this being the 3rd time but I didn't. Plus when I call the store to let them know my order was wrong there is nothing but a dial tone. I will be going to a different location next time.

Food is great!The young staff can be very unprofessional at times though.Other than that, I've had a good experience with this location. Just wished the younger staff working outside of the drive through window walking to the cars to hand the food out faster could behave better.
