Very good I love the veggie Curry very very good I mean very very good the pineapple Fried Rice is awesome I really enjoy it. They could use some help as far as service they need some people they're hiring the people don't come in like they should from my understanding the manager had to work the whole place by himself when I was there last Sunday go by and get a job if you serious about working

I don't know why I came back here. Ignored completely, watched 3 other customers get ignored ahead of me. Ordered pick up and couldn't get the guy at the register or behind the bar to acknowledge anyone. Never coming back again.

I do not recommend the sushi at all here. My roll was the tiger eye roll and it was pretty bad. The roll itself fell apart, tasted off, and the wasabi and ginger were old. Even the rice tasted off. My husband had the crunchy crab roll and it tasted fishy. Crab shouldn't taste fishy at all!! The portion size of the rolls were very mediocre; 4 "tall" but thin slices. The price did not match the portion size or the taste. The curry that we had was absolutely fire and delicious. Would definitely recommend that. The portion was good and the spiciness was genuinely accurate. The price of it was good too.The server was very kind and attentive even thought he was the only one there. Atmosphere was nice. I'd give this a higher rating but the sushi just left a bad taste in my mouth, literally.

If i could give this restaurant a -5, I would. The food is good (when you are lucky and are even able to GET food), but the staff is horrible. Horrible. Horrible. They are rude, they accept doordash orders when they KNOW they can’t take them, to then be rude to the dashers who have arrived to pick up or the customers, and they are wildly untrained. They yell at one another while customers are in the store. One time, i came in to pick up my order, and they said i needed to wait an hour and a half (when i had ordered it 50 mins prior), because “that guy right next to you just came in and ordered $150 worth of food”.. then the worker saying it proceeded to roll his eyes at his high paying customer! The girl who is there always sits at the bar staring at her phone. One time i sat for 18 minutes straight, finally finished with my meal that took forever to get, waiting for her to acknowledge me to bring me my check. I just wanted to see how long it would take her. The man standing behind the sushi counter looked at me multiple times, looked at the girl, then looked back down at his phone. This is ALL after it took me FOUR attempts to even EAT here, when the first three i was Turned away each time! Mind you… this restaurant is NEVER busy. Never. They intentionally will not even turn on their open sign so people will not come in. I have been calling their phone repetitively for 45 minutes now- and no one will pick up. My husband was in town and went by there for me to see if he could get it ordered in person. There was NO ONE in the restaurant. Not a single person. Not. ONE. And the phone was ringing right next to them while they stared at their phones (that phone call was me). They won’t be closing for another 2 hours, either. This review was all over the place, but i am just SO appalled at how they are even still open with how incredibly horrible the service here is. It’s seriously the worst thing I’ve ever experienced, and I’m a very understanding/gracious girl by nature. This is just blatant rudeness and disrespect towards all paying customers because they are lazy, undertrained, and unwilling to be present whatsoever. The fact that management (whoever the heck owns this) is running Chiangmai Kitchen so decently over in Cumberland, but refuses to fix the disaster that is the Chiangmai Sushi in Times Square, should be SO embarrassed of themselves or just shut the place down for good.Absolutely enraging. The ONLY reason I go here, is because i have celiac disease and a lot of their meals are gluten free. This evening, after horrible experiences 9 out of 10 times, i will not be gracious and continue here any longer. I can Absolutely find elsewhere in the area with gluten free noodles of some sort.Kick rocks, Chiangmai.

I don't know anything about Thai food but, my girlfriend really likes this place. The chicken pad Thai was delicious, they didn't have boba tea that day but it has been wonderful before.

Worst customer service of my entire life! The waitress asked what we wanted to drink. My sister asked for water with lemons, THEY DIDN'T HAVE LEMONS!I asked for Thai tea, she proceeded to say the coffee machine is not working because it had mold in it! Ok what does that have to do with tea? My sister wanted a Tuna roll, THEY DIDN'T HAVE TUNA! THEN SHE SAID THE SUSHI MAKER WAS OUT DUE TO A BAD CAR ACCIDENT. THEN ANOTHER WORKER SAID HE JUST GOT HERE, BUT IT WILL TAKE A WHILE TO MAKE THE SUSHI. So confusing ? My ordered chicken nuggets and fries, both were burnt. There was not one customer in there on a Saturday evening. The employees were all sitting down eating. SMH

Everything was great. The food, the customer service, didn't have to wait long for food, our waiter continued to check on us and he was amazing! My 16 year old daughter and myself had a lovely time and experience. We had to try alot of different things. And the prices are amazing. We will definitely be going back!

This was our 3rd time here.My wife and I both love the garlic fried rice so much we cant try anything else... I get the beef, chicken, and shrimp combo, wife gets chicken. The heat level 2 and 3 is great. Daughter got the spicy sexy roll and said it was fantastic with some hot flavor. Granddaughter 3 got chicken pineapple fried rice and loved it.A waiter said he was noon and he was fantastic. As we come through from Texarkana to Fairfield visiting our granddaughter this has become our usual stop.Service is always quick and the restroom was nice and clean along with the table.Easy in and out access and a convenient location. We will be back.

Never actually ate the food. Walked in and waited 5 minutes to be seated. The seater threw the menus on the table and walked off. Waited 10 minutes until a waiter come by and told us he will come back to take our order. Another 10 minutes go by and the waiter takes our order. We waited 30 minutes and finally asked when are food was going to be ready. The waiter stated he didn't know but thinks it was being "prepped". Other diners who had been there left because the waiter never came by to take their order. One table had waited 15 minutes just for the check and had to go find a waiter for it. Needless to say we then left. First time there, never coming back.

Highly unlikely the owner of this place will do anything but I do doordash. I came in on a busy friday to pick up an order that came through. The small skinny black guy with the mustache rudely informed me that they are not doing any orders from DD or uber eats because he supposedly was the only one working. I showed him my screen for the order I was picking up and his response was " I dont care about that phone". How was I supposed to know? Maybe they should train their employees better on customer service. Food is probably just as bad. I was going to try it but thanks to this guy, I changed my mind.
