Ordered the 8oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole and a glass of their house pinot noir. The house wine was very drinkable, dry and with enough tannins to make it interesting but without being overpowering like a cabernet. It also tasted very fresh--one of the worries with ordering wine by the glass is that maybe they opened the bottle a few days ago, and you aren't getting a wine at its best. I was very happy with it.The steak was a great cut of meat with no large chunks of fat or gristle. I ordered it medium rare, and it came out perfectly cooked. It was well seasoned and tender. Usually order filet mignon, because so many places have terrible sirloin. But this was perfect, and I'd order it again. The sides were hot and tasty.Our server was friendly, with a great smile and just the right amount of chattiness. She was attentive without being annoying, and we didn't want for anything for the entire meal (drink refills, etc). It's a rare skill to be able to serve well without feeling like an intrusion, and she pulled it off perfectly.
Great food at reasonable prices. I recommend the Monti Christo, but my wife says the salmon is good, too. We had a group of about 15 seniors (old, not HS). They accommodated us easily with kinda private seating. The service was exceptional, especially considering the size of our group. As other restaurants seem to be having staffing issues, there was none here that I could see.
Sometimes when I get off of a long shift, I come back into town after a two hour drive just wanting some down time. Multiple times, I’ve pulled into Cheddars CRAVING their bacon cheese fries. I’ll sit at the bar, by myself, and order food annnnd usually a Bloody Mary. Every bartender has been amazing and will chat, making it a nice and relaxing time. Oh and the honey croissants?? CHEFS KISS. Amazing service, food, and experience.
We did a curbside order and it was anticipated to be 30 minutes, so we went and got ice cream, came back and it was ready for us! We called to inform them of our arrival and asked them to bring some ranch with our order, the girl answering was very upbeat and sweet! And the girl who brought our food was also super friendly. We were impressed with our overall interaction here :)
This was my first time here & I was thoroughly impressed! There was a wait to get in, that didn’t last nearly as long as they had anticipated. The wait staff was very friendly & accommodating. The food was AMAZING. I have a special diet & they totally accommodated to that. They are severely short staffed, but I saw every waitress busting a** to keep the lobby area clean. 10/10 would recommend. I hope corporate sees this so they know their managers & wait staff are going above & beyond to make Tyler’s dining experience a great one. I will be coming back.
Food is Always wonderful, as we visit often! Less than 5 stars is due to this being the 3rd time we ordered an appetizer, and received our food first. They did make it right, and comped the app, so no complaints today!
I came to the bar to order food to go and have a drink while I waited. The bartender was running around for 10 minutes, yes obviously busy, but didn't have a busy bar, and she never once greeted me or said hello. When she finally looked at me, I asked for a menu to order togo and an Irish coffee while I waited. As she walked away without responding, i asked her name, as I always do so I can say thank you, she rolled her eyes and kept going. I used to work at a Cheddars, and I am a very patient person, but that was the second and last time I will attempt to go there.Cheddars always has stressed out, rude and angry employees with zero social skills.
Had the salmon with bourbon sauce with broccoli and bake potato. It was wonderful. They also bring Croissant for a appetizer. It's the best. Highly recommand!
The food was great. Appetizers were awesome. The server did a great job. After waiting 10 minutes for a seat, they forgot we were there. People that were sat after us were getting food before we could even order.
I was there Saturday 10-30-21 with a friend to have a late lunch !?❤?I food was just WONDERFUL & every bite was fully FANTASTIC ❤And the service was A 1.I was in the Restaurant & Club business in Illinois for 29 years. I'm very poor about remembering names.But our waiter Mr. J. (I think) was the BEST & WONDERFUL Waiter I have EVER had. He also said he's a Bartender as well. Great service our order was perfect...
