Completely understaffed. Ordered and never got our fries. Silverware had food on it. Took forever to get drinks. Paid and the server just tried to keep the cash instead of giving change. Instead of cashing me out they sat another party and took their orders while I waited for my change and never got my receipt to check to see if the fries were taken off. Had to go to the front to have it reprinted. Will never be back! Management nowhere to be found!
Mortified that I paid so much for cold food."Order your curbside an hour ahead, so your food can sit and get cold".I will give credit where credit is due... its not due here.Wings were OK, but the app I ordered was cold and soggy. Ordered cake as well (requested chocolate & caramel syrup and didn't get either).On top of all of it, there was no cutlery or napkins.Probably won't be back. Wouldn't recommend curbside, either.
Week in, week out this place disappoints! Was in there today...one member of our party did not receive his ordered until 30 minutes after everyone else received their order. Manager was requested, and said that the food was just delivered to the restaurant at 4 PM on a Saturday (yeah right). They just neglected to get order put in. I told the manager that this type of thing happens at this location far too often. She let me know that I didn't have to come back. Well, she gets her wish. I definitely recommend going to Wing Stop over this BWW. I hope copererate will see this and do some coaching or better vetting of their managers.
So disappointing! The national BOGO campaign does not apply here. It's buy 1 get one half off. Due to a shortage on wings there is a limit to how many you can order. Literally half the appetizers were not available because they were sold out. The wait staff was awesome and I felt so bad for them and we tipped them well. It's the only saving grace to this location. A manager should have been going around to all the tables and apologizing to the customers and even offer a small discount or something, but there was nothing like that. Anyway I don't think I'll be back. I cannot recommend this location and I hope that awesome staff finds better jobs elsewhere.
Great service, she made wonderful recommendations and food was awesome. Server let us know the kitchen was short staffed and the wait for our meal may be longer than expected but it didn't take long at all. Definitely going back.
The servers are always nice, and the food is usually pretty good, but I don’t think I’ve ever been here when we get our food in under an hour. It takes an abnormally long time to get food, even when it’s not crowded.
**** Update **** Visited again on 1-8-20 around 6:30 pm. We were greeted by a young lady who was obviously in a very bad mood. After a few minutes of sitting I got up and asked for menus and was told by another rude staff member that my server would bring them to me. Eventually someone dropped off menus and said our server would be with us shortly. Waited a while longer while the server walked past us twice, another server was already taking someone else’s order who arrived after us. We just got up and left. The attitude of the entire staff was tense and awkward. Hopefully next visit I can bring their review back up.*** 1/2/2022 *** 42 Degrees outside tonight, they have the A/C blowing full blast. It was so cold inside that we had to wear winter coats to endure the meal. There were other customers doing the same. Great service from our waitress. Our food was literally served ‘cold’. I guess this is our last attempt. Wish you guys the best.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences that I’ve had. We had an issue with the manager at the bar. She was very unprofessional. She was screaming, cursing, and causing a scene with our table. A manager should never act the way she did. I work in the restaurant business and I would never treat customers the way we got treated tonight. We were calmly trying to get our check and leave before she decided to blow up and cause a huge scene. As we were trying to get her to leave us alone, she proceeded to scream at us. Everyone in the restaurant stopped what they were doing and watched her. We then proceeded to go somewhere else to eat and we received the best service. Would not recommend this specific Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone.
Visiting from out of state, pulled into the parking lot and it didn't seem like the best building but figured with it being a chain the inside would have some standards to uphold. We were wrong. The place smells terrible and is dirty. The bathrooms are trashy. The fries taste like they are fried in bad oil that needs changed and the boneless wings were very dry. Traditional wings were okay. Our waitress was nice and the only reason why this got 2 stars and not 1.
