The staff at Bruno's is always welcoming and helpful. Service is very good, but the Pizza is the best anywhere, in my opinion. It's made to order and has the best flavor of any pizza I have ever eaten. I live far away now, and I miss it a lot, but I will go there any time I'm back in Tyler.

Slow service during last visit.Waited at least 15 m to get order in, then the lasagna came out about 10 minutes after the pizzaI usually give Bruno's 5 stars because we always love the food. I've been eating here since the late 70's! So yummy. But the last time we were there the service was very slow. The waitress got our drinks, but we needed a couple of more minutes to decide on the order. Then she didn't come back. So after about 15 minutes (or more), I finally got up and went to the counter to ask if she could get our order. When she got to our table I asked what had happened (why she had not come back), and she just said she had been answering the phone because it had been ringing a lot. I don't think she apologized. The phone WAS ringing, but the inside wasn't busy. We DO understand about staffing issues these days, but they didn't say that was the problem- so we don't know if that was it or not.Still, the food was sooo good.

My husband really talked this place up. It was honestly not as great as he portrayed it to be. The rolls were really good. The meatball sub was quite tasty as well. I did like the pizza although the sauce was too sweet for my taste. Alfredo tasted like it came from a can tho. The manicotti was cold. Btw my husband likes to take secret pics of me. Enjoy my eating face.

Very busy place. The wait staff is friendly. I ordered mozzarella sticks… I was disappointed that they seem to come right off of the Sysco truck, for kids it would be ok. The marinara sauce tasted like it came out of a can. The pizza was ok at best…I had the thin crust. Maybe for the price and the target clientele I was expecting too much. Overall I just didn’t like it, obviously other people do.

Went there for dinner, because the Jacksonville location was too crowded for me. Great experience, I come here often to pick up deliveries, but this was my first time eating here. The food came in a timely manner and the waitress was polite and friendly! My food was good and I'd definitely come back.

Normally this place is on point but tonight was absolutely ridiculous. I placed my order togo with door dash at 5:12pm estimated pickup was 5:35 I just now left the building with our food at 6:42 I'm very disappointed I saw the hustle but I didnt see anyone in charge really just a bunch of young kids I couldn't tell you who was in charge in there and I felt It was very unorganized not knowing who's food was who's and people having to wait an excessive period of time.

Fantastic Italian food. I hadn't been in a while I forgot just how good their food is. Explore the menu and try something you normally wouldn't order. Be careful with that first bite the food is piping hot. Friendly staff.

Great pizza and hometown feel. Lots of happy customers going in and out. We liked it!

What can I really say bad about Bruno's? It's hands down the best pizza in Tyler. The food is great and priced right. The staff is friendly and always eager to help.I love Bruno's and I'll always go back for more.

Ordered the vegetarian pizza ? with hand tossed crust along with a cheese with chicken pizza on their GF crust. Family enjoyed the food and the environment had a down home feeling. Pizza was better than the corporate pizza establishments that we’ve experienced here in Tyler.
