We have been enjoying Bruno's for generations(40+years)! Very best food and super great service.. Even on the rarest occasion when there have been little mishaps with orders, Bruno's has gone above and beyond to make things more than right! Bruno's is actually my very favorite place to take my grandchildren! Not just because I love it. They love it and request it, too!❤️❤️❤️
Fabulous food and great atmosphere. I came in for a late lunch and had a wonderful experience. I had a side salad and half Muffaletta sandwich, which was enough food to split with a friend if you’re wanting a light lunch. The wait staff was friendly, attentive and didn’t make me feel rushed to give up the table. Bruno’s has always impressed me with quality food and service
I have eaten at Bruno's on Vine Street Tyler TX since it opened in 1976. Food has always been good except I can tell experienced cook's are not cooking some of the time due to how the meals are prepared. Main problem is Mexican staff not waiting on me. There is no reason, unless they do not like to wait on a single white male. I went to Bruno's on Vine last Friday night. Went in and sat down back table in front section. Several families, etc. came in after I sat down and were promptly waited on by waiters. Waiters did see me sitting at table. Guess they were too dumb to see I had not been waited on. I sat there at least 45 minutes and nobody waited on me, so I just left Bruno's to another eating establishment. There was no reason for them not to wait on me. Do not appreciate attitude of not waiters not doing their job. Apparently cafe personnel now have idea that patrons are there to serve and tip them rather than personnel being there to serve customer good food on time. Thank you!
So, this place is really good! Great place and great food. I got their 12' pizza but a 10' could feed one person easily.I went in with a party. Their service was amazing. They were great on refills and checking in on us.
Best meatball sub I have ever had! Brandon was our server and he was amazing. I will be back.
If you like thin crust new York style this is the place! Pepperoni pizza was very delicious and the sauce was great! Got a chicken Alfredo pizza that was very good too. Will eat from here again. Called ahead and placed my order it was ready when they said.
I ordered my food at 8pm it is now 8:48 pm. Brunos still does not have my order because they supposedly never got my online order!!!! They charged my card immediately after ordering and said it would be done by 8:27. I am going on a hour with still no food!!!!!
Being new in town, we weren't sure where to get good pizza. We now have a new favorite! We stopped in for a late lunch and got the lunch special of a mini pizza and a drink. The mini pizza was much larger than we expected and the crust was wonderful. We will definitely be returning. Plus it is an excellent deal.
Went in at lunch time… service was lackluster (didn’t feel like a valued customer compared to various other places I’ve been). We get our food basically thrown at us, the waitstaff there is so unorganized and running between tables past their customers. Thoroughly disappointed, was expecting something completely different based on the reviews. Never coming again.
Wasn't greeted when we entered at 5:30pm. They were not busy, that should have been a red flag. We had to join tables by ourselves to fit others, no help offered. Drinks were delivered at a reasonable time. About 20 minutes went by without seeing the waitress, we had empty drinks and no order placed. Finally got refills and an order placed. As we sat there for an hour and a half, we finally got our wings for appetizers. We complained and asked for a manager about no waitress, refills, and the wait time. We got our grease, soggy pizza two hours after we ordered. And to add to the disappointment, the pizza wasn't nothing to write home about. The manager did give us a discount, but sorry, we will never go back.
