Sitting and enjoying the ice cream after being served by friendly considerate staff.I also witnessed a very Young employee working hard, take a minute away and open a door for a senior lady with her hands full! There us hope for the younger generation,RESPECT.
Poor, Poor Service ....We have been going to Braum's for years.Never have I seen service like this in Both Store location's in Tyler. We are done...It's real disturbing when you order a Banana Split and you get your order with "NO" Banans in the Banana Split... or you wait for your order to go for 45 minutes. Or look at the cars stacking up in the drive-thru to place a order and a time wait for over 20 minutes to pull up and place your order. I have seen tonight 5 cars pull out of line and leave. HOW MUCH DID THAT COST BRAUM'S..
Tried Braums on Old Jacksonville earlier this week. We came back to long time visited 20+ years Broadway location! Good customer service and fresh salad (although I was charged for the poopyseed chicken after I paid and called up for my number was told they only had garden salad, 20 cents less but I was hungry I'll overpay) and delicious huge chicken strips! Love the ice cream of course! I don't like to see my grilled chicken cut up and placed on my salad with NO change of gloves after opening cabinets and drawers and touching every other surface never changing gloves between surface contacts and directly touching my food? Thank God I didn't get food poisoning, but time to brush up on food prep safety review with your Friday night staff ?
Best fast food burgers in Tyler! Skip McDonald's and Whataburger...way more bang for your buck here. And they have great ice cream, fresh milk and yogurt plus more in the attached store! Win, win!
literally every single employee here has the worst attitude and the store is a wreck. Absolutely disgusting, the store and the employees attitudes. I literally said no nuts because i’m allergic to nuts and this is what i get. it’s not even worth taking back and waiting 30 minutes for it to get fixed. i’ll never be back. thx
45 min for 2 burgers. Thought it was a fluke, then a week later my family stopped there too, they experienced the same business. Idk but something ain't right with that place.
People working there couldn't be any nicer. The ice cream cones are really delicious. And can't beat the prices.
So clean and employees are super sweet. Best milk around.

OK location. Tends to put ALOT of ice in their drinks. It's hit and miss on the burgers grease levels.
