Good prices for good fast food made fresh. Helpful and friendly employees.Unfortunately, the Raspberry Fuze is always out of syrup and they never want to fix it, they always say they'll do it after closing....
They messed my order up a couple times but we’re happy to fix it primarily high school kids working so I was patient. Their food is so good!
This is about the 5th time they’ve messed the breakfast order up. At least this time the receipt is accurate so I can show proof.
If i could give 0 stars, i would. This location needs to be shut down. Always the same headache each time. But today was special in it's own way. The truck that delivers product to store is blocking drive thru, he left the motor running so people inside cant hear you place your order. Ordered a small chocolate shake and it was hot...like pure liquid. There's only 2 people running that busy store. Please shut it down and put something there that is worthy!!!!! This location has surpassed the troup highway store for crapiest store.
Ordered Aloha crispy chicken sandwich and small shake and a #7 (grilled chicken) large with tea. After paying Cashier gave me two cups and when I begin to ask what the second cup was for he asked the next guy in line for his order totally interrupting me and not waiting for me to move to the side. Staff's clothing was dirty and appeared not to be washed. When I sat down my chicken was fried and when I checked the receipt it was rung up correctly as a grilled chicken but he also charged us for two meals when I only ordered one plus a sandwich and shake. My friend went to use the restroom and she said the doors had "Employees Only" on them. Very piss poor customer service!
They have the best strawberry poppy seed salad equal to or better than Chick-fil-A and less expensive. It's so good I go there twice a week to get it. They're cottage cheese contains 21 grams of protein and is delicious.
This is how it looked when we went to sit down. I had to clean our table as not a single one was clean. The entire store is a mess and they were not short on help. In fact there were several people working and very few customers.
They ask you to pull forward and that they will bring you your food so their drive Thru times are skewed.
Had the worst customer service experience of my life tonight at this Braums location. Long story short our order in the drive thru was never taken, we paid for someone else’s order instead and the refund process was atrocious. In the midst of it all we were approached by Elijah the “store manager” (I use that term lightly as he acted the complete opposite of one) who proceeded to finally give us the change we had been asking for and told us to “have a good night and to make sure not to come back”. If you want some ice cream I recommend making the extra driving to another Braums location where hopefully they will be a lot kinder, efficient and helpful! Old Jacksonville location you have officially lost my business.
Welcome to Tyler Tx ! Well I ordered a jr burger with cheese buns toasted. They toasted the buns and well as you can see the cheese was just put on as it was going into the bag I guess. Then they ask us to drive fwd to wait in the fries. Maybe I’m wrong but these fries look old or the grease needs to be changed. In 2022 I’m holding management accountable due to its their job to make sure the store is pushing the best service
