Omg! Y’all gotta try this ice cream coffee! It’s absolutely the best hands down! I like drinking coffee, but takes me forever to finish ❤️ Now this ice cream coffee I slurp it down it one swallowed ?❤️ Soooooo good! The flavor of the coffee is on point, and ice cream is made there! Customer service is excellent, quick, friendly! Nice and clean ??❤️
In town for just a bit and swung by around 3:30pm on a Saturday. Quick and friendly service from Mattie in the drive through! I decided to take her recommendation for iced white mocha with lavender and so glad I did! Yum! Never had something other than standard flavors. :) Five stars from me!

This is my favorite coffee shop in the Tyler area. Their coffee and customer service has always been excellent. I've never had a bad experience and I've been several times and have tried many menu items. Highly recommend.
First time visiting Big Shot ☕ My husband and I ordered from a very kind and informative Barrista ? The Chai Latte and Matcha were 10/10 The Chorrizo and egg biscuit ? was Fantastic! Blue berry Muffin was warm and delicious! ? Thank you for your hardwork ?
Friendly service that goes the extra mile. In the drive thru, the barista offered to have me taste the coffee I had just been served before driving away to make sure it was satisfactory. It’s refreshing to see the extra thought and care go into the customer experience like that.
Our barista, Zach, was very friendly and made a great drink for me! Very pleased with the selection and quality of the food and coffee! I appreciate that there are less commonly seen drink choices on the menu like the undertow, cortado, affogato, etc. The atmosphere is cozy, quiet, and unpretentious, which is a rare and welcome find in both the small and corporate coffee worlds.

We stop by and had a nice cappuccino and mocha. Very fast efficient and friendly. If you are tired of big expensive coffee give this place a try you will like it! Well worth it
