I ordered my son's birthday cake from this location. The order was taken over the phone. I go in the next day just to be told, they don't take orders over the phone and my son's cake was never made. The manager actually wanted me to remember the person who I spoke to that took the order. I will never go to this location again. It is being ran by children.
If you are going to close the dining room due to staffing issues so people can't see what flavors of ice cream you have then at least put up a list of them on the drive though. You printed a sign for the door so print one for people trying to order.Then making people pull forward to the back of the building with a little chair and handmade sign for "pull forward" for 2 shakes is beyond low staff into poor, lazy service area. I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes now. Three cars behind me have come and gone at about 3 minute intervals. They are not busy at allThere are at least 3 people working inside and almost no one in the drive through. I work retail. I know times have been tough but this ridiculous.
Good service and ice cream, but the selection of flavors is very limited. Didn't see any sugar free flavors, nor rich chocolate fudge.
Extremely rude and not willing to take care of its customers. Will not be back.
We went at 9:37 at night we were 2 cars that came at the same time the door was lock employees were there but refused to open the door..Will never come back... there other ice cream place to go bye bye...

Used a delivery service to pick up order. Donuts were stale hard dry and could not be eaten. When I called to report the problem they denied any responsibility. Food was not able to be consumed. They took an oh well sorry for your loss attitude. If you value your health you will not eat there.
Bad servic we went today and ordered and the person served a waffle cone with chocolate and said that if anybody else wanted chocolate ice they were out and then i went to pay out and looked at the receipt and as i was walking out the person at the cashier mocked me.I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Newer building, clean, and polite.
I ordered a hot coffee, 1 scoop of strawberry ice cream. That was $6Very small scoop of icecream.The coffee was room temperature. When I brought it to their attention it was microwaved then returned to me.I will never return nor will I reccomend this place.
