My family and I have been coming here fairly regularly since it opened years ago. Servers have come and gone in that amount of time, but the owners and atmosphere have remained the same. The quality and flavor of the menu items has been mostly consistent(sometimes the hummus is not as good depending on who’s made it), so much so that we recommend this restaurant to anyone. Their menu has just the right amount of variety, so there is something for everyone, but not too much that it’s overwhelming. The hummus is good, but their avgolemono soup is simply delicious. We order those every time, as well as the classic gyro pitas.

My husband and I both love this place. So much so that we had our after wedding dinner here. We are vegan and vegetarian and are thankful for the delicious options.

Portions are smaller than past and after dinner I was waiting to finish my dinner at home. The waitress is terrible and no style at all. I don't know if anyone will want to go a restaurant with bad environment like this.

Most of their food is really good, but I have told them on multiple occasions that their chef is using at least 50% too much garlic in both their hummus and their tsziki sauce. It makes them almost inedible. It is frustrating because they are always light on customers every time I eat there, and I want them to survive, but they won't listen. If somebody out there actually wants that much garlic, let them order some with extra, but don't make everyone else suffer. Both of those would be "chopped" on any cooking show.

D-LICIOUS!!! This was my first visit and everything I ordered was delicious and plated well. Very authentic flavors. Super friendly and courteous waitress.place is clean and well kept. Im definitely a fan and will be going back, regularly, to try more dishes. OH! Try the cheesecake!

Does not care about food allergies on to go orders and is extremely extremely rude to customers on the phone when trying to get the situation remedied

My fiance and I came to Tyler to find a unique place to eat that we have never tried before. We found Athena's online and we decided to try them out. We got there and they immediately greeted up the place was clean and pretty organized. Lots of nice art on the walls and comfy seats. The menu is quite big so you should be able to find something you like. My fiance had the Famous Gyro lamb dish she loved it especially with the house made spread they give you. I had the Gyro burger very well seasoned good proportions and filling the spread the put on the burger was tangy and matched the burger patty and the Gyro meat they put on it. We highly recommend them ask for Adam he's very cool and likes to joke around with ya. The baklava is house made and sooooo worth it if I could I'd give them a 6 ⭐ rating.

Tonight my husband and I decided to have dinner out. We got to the restaurant and were seated promptly. Got our drinks in a timely manner. Then sat waiting on our waiter Adam to come back and take our order. He stayed in the back then ran his mouth with other customers. When I asked for the ticket for just the drinks, he popped off well if you don't want to eat because I got busy... Busy running your mouth maybe, but you could have come and taken our order. I love the food here but the service tonight was terrible. ?

Service was attentive. Food was good. Our side orders were mixed up which was not caught and corrected by wait staff. I would call that an anomaly. The experience was fun and the context wall art is nice. The upkeep is lacking. Walls are scraped up and restroom in need of handyman attention which detracts from otherwise delightful experience. That won't keep us away but hope they can fix over time.
