Should've been a clue when my beef and cheddar was ready and bagged in the seconds it took me to pull around to window in drive through... My sandwich was cold with very little cheese sauce or Arby's sauce. The meat was tough and has some sort of spots of red dye on it. Didn't have time to return as I was on my way to work. I had to stop even trying with most of my sandwich uneaten and I hope I don't end up with food poisoning from it. This Arby's is definitely not the Arby's I remember and used to love
I went right after 11:00 for lunch, and the drive-thru was mostly empty. It did not take long at all for the food to be made. The two employees I talked to were so nice and helpful. I had a coupon, and they had no problems applying it to my order. This was such a nice change compared to other restaurants I've been to recently with slow service and rude employees.
Lobby is closed most of the time and you are forced to order through the Drive thru.The food is inconsistent in preparation and portions are really small more often than not and this should not be the case with the price.The roast beef is never hot and is usually barely warm, fries are usually cold, overcooked and greasy.The employees are extremely disorganized, often rude and if they get your order right, feel lucky!The employees on the drive thru on our last visit asked me why they hadn't seen me in a while?I explained and they just frowned and nothing else.This is not how this location used to be, it's gone downhill rapidly in the past few months!Bottom line is this place is no longer worth the trouble for sorry food, poor service and the price!!
Worst Arby's on the planet. Cold fries to start with. Then the lady up front said she would bring out my mozz sticks and completely forgot. Then when I finally got them they were still frozen..made me throw up in the parking lot..I wouldn't recommend this to someone who doesn't like eating raw trash ??????..Mark if you still own this franchise please save it
This is the most wonderful restaurant ever ever.....I was short of having all the money to pay for me and my nephew's food and this wonderful drive thru crew still gave me my food!!! Thank you guys for such a blessing as that. I was so embarrassed and you didn't judge me but gave me all my food anyways. Bless you all.
This visit to Arby's was great! The food was made spot-on and the people were friendly. I love their crinkle fries?. My favorite sandwich is their roast beef and cheddar. It's what I get when I'm craving!
They are always friendly and try to take the extra step to make sure that their costumers are happy. I have watched them do this while waiting on my food and I have gotten the same experience. I have never left unhappy even when the shake machine was down.
I travel a good bit and have to say this was the worst Arby's location I've been to. The roast beef tasted weird and was cut into slabs instead of the regular thin slices that normally come on a classic roast beef sandwich. The staff on duty... let's just say they were something else.... not a good something else....don't think I'll be coming back to this location
Went to Tyler location tonight. Normally the food is good. We got the half pound sandwich tonight. It didn't taste like roast beef, sliced very thick and by the time we got home, my lap was wet from the juices running out of the sandwiches. The juices saturated the box, bag and my lap. My hubby said that we would probably not go back!!!
Visited today and ordered a Reuben sandwich and a French dip sandwich. When I got home I was surprised to see 2 plain roast beef sandwiches instead. If I didn't live 30 minutes away, I would have gone back and made them fix it. I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time, so I'm not quite sure how this got messed up this badly. I won't be returning.
