I’ve literally been ordering the same thing every time from this location since they opened. This is the second time they told my they couldn’t make my order. I would be absolutely fine if this was consistent, but it’s not. When I go during the day, they make the Buffalo ranch chicken strip combo no problem at all. Really disappointing. All of the ingredients are there to make it and it isn’t particularly difficult.

So decided to grab breakfast while out running some errands this morning. Terrible idea to stop at this location service was very lacking. Get the order home to eat and find out only half of its there for one, which I guess I should have checked before pulling off. Secondly really Whataburger you got rid of the jalapeño cheddar biscuit. Guess I will be going else where for breakfast from here on out.

could be 2 am on a tuesday morning and this location is going to have a 45 minute drive through line. workers are nice enough expect one of the managers seems to be on his high horse when he should be worried about ticket times

No fresh fries. If a person comes and orders just fries, that should tell you that they would like them fresh. Come on now!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered through the online app. When I got there and told them I was picking up an online order the girl told me they didn’t have my order info. I verified my name, order # and the store location, she still said they showed nothing. Finally I asked if I could just reorder and show them my mobile receipt at the window. She proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay a 2nd time even though I had proof of payment. I asked if she could get the manager to just give me a refund then, she said no and unfortunately it turns out she was the shift manager. Her name is Christine and I am just astounded by the lack of professionalism and customer service. Even if you’re just a shift manager and even if it’s just whataburger you should take pride in your job and assisting customers, especially ones that have ALREADY paid.

Wait was a little long but expected with large order. Was pulled forward from the drive thru window as we're several cars behind me. Someone came out and asked me to me while I waited to make room for more people to pull forward and wait.

I had a great experience at this whataburger! Barbara was super sweet and showed the utmost attention to us. She does such a good job. The food was really good too!

First off they had one lane open in the middle of dinner rush. What in the world. Everyone was patiently waiting until you got up to the window and there was the RUDEST person taking everyone’s orders. That’s probably why they were so backed up. I understand they might be short staffed and stressed but you do NOT have to be rude to customers if they weren’t rude to you after waiting for over 30 mins to just order food. Smh ??‍♀️

Didn’t want to take orders because the delivery truck was there. Good thing there are other places to take my business going forward.

Order was fresh and service was good!
