So. Good. We decided to get two different types of burgers & a cob salad to try a few things while here, we were not disappointed. Now Ohio needs to get onboard lol
The manager at this location could use some pointers on people skills. The most unfriendly person in a managerial fast food role I've ever met. It doesn't hurt to smile, I promise. Also, if a customized item that other locations consistently make and have the ability, then why is it only you telling me, "that's not what we do here?" ... and simply walking away. Then you hand me my order with not even a word or a glimmer of a smile. Just be nice. It wouldn't kill ya! Won't return to this location. I'll drive down to Magnolia where they are happy to smile and accommodate.
Place an order on the app overnight. Restaurant had about 5 employees, maybe 4 lobby orders, maybe 4 drive through orders. My online order was forgotten about, said there would be another 20 minute wait, I'm sure it would be closer to 30. Employees looked clueless and moved very slow and unmotivated, I mean really slow, like they were on drugs, they were trying to grab chicken strips with tongs and were having a very difficult time picking up one, like using multiple quarters to pick up a prize with a claw machine that kept slipping out the claw. They were that inept. I blame the management for hiring such a terrible overnight staff, every single one of them looked useless, they said they were not good at their jobs because they had only been there three months... three months... how long do you need to get good at running a fast food joint, it's three months, not three weeks. And to cancel an app order, they told me I had to call customer service... it's fast food, for Christ's sake, not computer problem. If you can't cancel an app order normally you shouldn't have an app at all. I swear, once Chicago bought out Whataburger, the restaurant chain went to hell.
This is my closest whataburger and only come here when we are really in the mood for this.Anytime I order there is always either an order of fries missing or my whole meal.No matter if I go inside, curbside, or drive thru. Something will be missing.Food is just about the same as any whataburger in the area. Yummy!!The service is great. It’s just the accuracy!!ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK THE ORDER! Don’t be my husband and drive off to only get home and realize something is missing lol
Delicious for a overnight indulgence. Everything was fresh, even let me know they were waiting on fresh onions rings when I pulled up to pick up my order.Entertainingly, they have some free loaders that like to hang out, who definitely receive some treats from the satisfied customers.
I know they were busy due to the Tomball German Festival but this is every year, be prepared.\\nI was in line forever, at least 35 min and my food was cold when I finally got it. I can understand the wait but for me to get my food cold? Then I should have received my food sooner if it was ready.
I ate there twice during the Tomball German festival and it was literally the worst whataburger I’ve had. The first time I got a burger and it was the worst burger I’ve had from a whataburger. It’s tasted burned and like they hadn’t clean the grill in awhile. The next day I got a salad and the person argued with me saying I was ordering the wrong salad. Well when I got my food it was all wrong and they double charged me for cheese. I just wanted a Cobb salad with no bacon and extra cheese. She told me I wanted a garden salad, which doesn’t have eggs. The I had to return it to add the egg and they charged me for the egg, but also through on another cheese charge
Constantly crowded and chronically overworked, this location frequently will get your order wrong.\\nIf you're like the crowds of people that line up here at all hours of the day and love getting someone else's burger with mismatched sizes for fries and drink, then this is the place for you.
Very friendly courteous service\\n*and* F A S T! I will 100% be visiting this Whataburger restaurant again and again. Keep up the good work team! Thank you
Food is always good here! Especially if Jennifer Grace is cooking. She always goes the extra mile for customers
