I went in there today and there was one older lady and one who can't be more than like 15. The kid literally put on one glove and with the hand with no glove, started grabbing the wrapping papers , now it wouldn't be a problem, if she didn't place here non glove hand on the center of the paper where the sandwich goes. She just acted like it's normal. And the other lady used the same gloves to cash out people and grab all the food in the trays. To top it off they were rude, like rushing me and my husband out.
8 years ago, me and my wife used to come here, one of the first places we used to go for lunch. It was great, over the years they had ups and downs but now, its terrible to even just walk into. Pricing is not at all what it should be, meat is sliced terribly, honestly wouldn't be supprised if it's not even put away at night and was just using yesterdays preparations. I imagine there's a reason why the turn around is so high. I won't be back, I won't send anyone back, and if you are reading this, save your money for a different location.
Horrible customer service. The 2 workers were very rude.I almost walked out without my food but they made it already.Called the next day to let them know about my experience and the lady said she would tell the person above her.Not sure if anything improved.I have not returned and don't plan to.They lost a 5 year customer.
Franchise owner seems to make up their own pricing. Staff tried to charge $3.99 for a kids sandwich plus $1.99 for a drink and an additional $1.49 for an applesauce totaling a whopping $7.47 when the menu shows $4.89 for all. That's nearly double the listed menu price. Staff said they have to charge separately. I don't think so...after some arguing and stating I wouldn't pay for any of the food ordered and would walk out they removed the charges for the kids juice box and applesauce. On top of all that $3.99 for a kids sandwich with 2 very thin pieces of meat, 1 slice of cheese and a few pickles is absurd.Felt like this was a hidden camera prank show from the experience.Terrible customer service from the Latina woman working. The young guy tried to be helpful.Corporate will be contacted in regards to franchise owner.
That was the first time I’ve ever had a meatball sub where all the meatballs were in a clump in the middle thirds of the sandwich and managed to have no sauce at all. They were also rude and acted like we were interrupting something. I don’t know why subway lets this place ruin their reputation.
Never again!!! Went to this location because it was closest to our destination. Not our usual subway. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with disrespect and attitude. I tried to order my usual wrap and was told they didn't have it anymore but would instead have to charge me for a sandwich wrap that cost $2 more. When I asked why, I was yelled at and made to feel completely less than. So I grabbed my family and said we'd just have to go else where. As we were leaving the woman yelled "when you go out to eat your supposed to have money!". I definitely went back and said a few much needed words and we were on our way, back to our usual subway. How rude and disrespectful. So glad we didn't spend our money here.
I thought I was on a hidden camera show. They Hispanic lady gave us the wrong order. I brought it back in and she laughed in my face and said she didn’t! Kroger needs to get with subway in regards to this store. This lady has been there a while and is truly ruining the marketplace experience.
HORRIBLE customer service. Employees are so rude. You’d think after reading the Yelp and Google reviews that MAYBE just maybe cooperate would come out do something about it. Every time I come here I leave wondering why in the world I bother coming to this location. You need to get rid of your stuck up rude employees. It’s not my fault you hate your job. Being a grown adult working a kids job is also NOT my issue.
Nice and good service
Horrible customer service. Out of ingredients several times we have ordered.
