There was two young people; they're brother and sister. They work very well with each other. The two gave excellent customer service. I was there for a door dash order. I watched them through the process of making the food orders and the were wonderful to watch!

I paid for a sandwich that ordered online, they couldn't make it because they didn't have... anything really. The poor kid there, who was probably having a terrible night, was not able to issue that kind of refund or was not properly trained, so we had to contact higher ups. The one person who answered (only the first time) was the best example of how not to handle these situations, and generally a waste if time. So now... subway has basically robbed me. Let this be your warning not to do online orders, if you go in person expect to be disappointed by the lack of options and compete mishandling of that situation, and to potentiality be robbed.

Always clean with fresh food. Love this subway but the parking isn't the best.

Customer service is awful. I have ordered delivery a few times from this location and ended up missing items. When I called the first time the manager said she couldn’t refund me because it was through a third party delivery service. This didn’t make much sense to me, but she did offer to save my receipt so I could get my missing items included on my next delivery. The following week I placed a delivery order and called to ask for my missing items to be included. The “supervisor” I spoke to was very rude and did not believe that was telling the truth asking why didn’t you call sooner and saying she could not honor the promise the previous manager made. Either way it is a stupid situation and could have been handled better. Not sure why they didn’t want to refund me the first time. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Expired milk in the cooler..2 months expired! Not just 1 or 2 bottles, all of the bottles of milk expired in August. This is October!!!!That should have been my 1st clue not to stay. There were only 3 people in line ahead of me. Waited 25 mins and when it was FINALLY my turn the worker stops and says he has to do an online order 1st. I wait another 5 mins. Still not ready to take my order. Finally gave up and left. Will never come back.
