Sandwich artist? Okay….. . The girl with the black bonnet on her head that worked on June 3rd at 8:30 is sloppy and just has a nasty persona. I work for H‑E‑B but if you hire me at $16 an hour and at least give me 36 hours I will make the best sandwiches with the best attitude. The job isn’t hard they need to stop making it seem that way.
The store I ordered from called and informed me they were out of the bread i selected. So I chose another. Then they were out of steak. Considering that was the only reason I was ordering was for that specific sandwich, that was not.good. I selected chicken. Then on arrival was told out of American cheese. So chose provolone. So I had to wait now why they finally made it. Only to get home and the extra meat I paid.for was definitely not on it. They over did the sauces so much it was already soggy. It was not edible.
Nice people, I always order inside for either lunch or dinner, if you don't get it toasted the lettuce stays crunchy longer if its gotta be driven somewhere
I ordered over 3 hours in advance online prior to pickup and when I got there to pickup my 2 sandwiches, they were not ready. They proceeded to make them and just discovered they were out of tuna.
Horrible experience I was using a coupon that they wouldn't allow me to use and they couldn't explain it to me because they didn't understand English or they proceeded to act like they didn't and was rude
I don't know what it is about subway but there sandwiches just hit different

Came in for a footlong sandwich on the Italian herbs and cheese with mustard pepper jack cheese turkey and ham and light tomato; sandwich maker proceeds to grab mayonnaise and puts a large glob on top of the sandwich after I insisted not to, she proceeds to try to recycle my sandwich by taking the knife and wiping the mayonnaise off I completely refuse because that's completely disgusting. I shouldn't have to sit there and ask for a new sandwich whenever your sandwich maker screws up honestly I should be calling health and human services..
If I could give 0 stars I would.My partner ordered a sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese bread, turkey and ham, mustard, lettuce, TOMATO, pickles, salt and pepper.When the girl in the shop went to do the condiments she grabbed the mayonnaise and even with him constantly saying “NO! Do not put that on my sandwich, no, no, no, stop!”She still put a massive amount on my sandwich. When he told her why did you do that, I didn’t want that on there. She then tried to wipe it off.He can’t eat mayonnaise! He can’t eat eggs!He had to tell her to make his sandwich over again. When he tried to tell her what he wanted on the new sandwich she kept ignoring him and kept trying to close his sandwich before the veggies.When checking out, she tried to charge us for the sandwich SHE messed up that we weren’t even getting! He had to tell her that we will not pay for that one and take it off; she looked at her co-worker and he even looked at her and said what are you doing?NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!
So so disappointed with this location, slow, and out of roast beef and steak! Ridiculous! I'm going to Quiznos up the street next time!
