The current manager at this store is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She consistently gets my order wrong and openly speaks ill of me to myself and her co-workers with each visit.I will not be eating here again and do advise that others not waste their time coming here for the blatant customer mistreatment and subpar service.
So…I was attempting to order through the app, but they did NOT have the sandwich/options my daughter wanted on the app so I had to call in our order.When I called I told the lady that I tried to order through app but the sandwich we wanted wasn’t an option on the app. She said “There is nothing wrong with the app!”.Then I just told her that I’d appreciate it if she could take my order via phone and my husband will pick up. She reluctantly started taking our order…two sandwiches in she sighed and said “Hold on, I have two customers to help!”. Put me on eternal hold and then came back as I was ordering my last sandwich she said “The app is working now, it must be your phone!”. I continued to explain to her that the app was working fine, however, it did not have the sandwich we wanted on the app. Anyways, she finally finished taking our order. As she was taking our order via telephone, my husband was in the store placing his order and she was complaining about me calling in the order to him, not knowing she was talking about his wife. My husband asked her if the order was ready yet and she said “No, I have to take care of customers first”. We will never be back. What a rude and incompetent person.
Stop in one day to grab a sandwich before work. Was really clean inside and nicer looking then most subways. And the sandwich makers were pretty fast as well.

Paid extra for the melt. Only received one slice of cheese on each sandwich. We ordered online. The bread used was mixed up, one was supposed to be a Italian melt on wheat , but had white bread. Other was ham & Swiss melt on white bread, but was on wheat. What is advertised isn’t what we received. Then they didn’t answer phone yesterday or today. Had only planned to let them know, but since they don’t answer, I will give my business to locations and businesses that take care of customers.
I would have gave the service a 0. I went into the store on 3/4/2021 at 4pm. I had a coupon for the 5.99 any meal deal. I gave my coupon to the cashier. He didn't know how to apply the coupon. The guy that was fixing my sandwich stepped away to help. Then came back to proceed with my sandwich. So nasty. Omg with the pandemic. Then he tricked me into paying 8.26 because he avoided out my coupon and he said he couldn't get back in the register because he wasn't a manager. He charged me for the sandwich and drink. I couldn't believe this. If I wanted to pay the full price,I wouldn't of had a coupon. I ended up not even eating the sandwich because all I can think about is the germs from the register to my sandwich.
