This used to be the best Starbucks in the area especially when they opened a year ago. Since then all the original staff left and the new staff has no clue what they’re doing. All my drinks are now overly sweet and my coffee is literally white when I get any sort of milk added. They’ll hand you a cup with coffee dripping like it’s not a problem. The atmosphere is different and the customer service isn’t the same.

We come here all the time and love it. Today Julie took care of us and was super sweet! My daughter called her "wholesome" lol Thanks to this great team for great service and delicious drinks, always!
Great friendly staff almost every time I pull up they know my order before I say anything. Everyone is happy and have awesome attitude and I go out of my way just to come to this location not to mention the drinks are top shelf made luv ya guys and in this crazy world it’s nice to go get a coffee and have a great conversation every time I leave I can’t wait to go back !!!???? ???????????????????? ?
I come to this starbucks every week and Steven is amazing! He makes my coffee perfect every single time and has amazing customer service skills!
Everyone here is so friendly!! We have had issues in the past with different locations getting my husband’s drink wrong, but we never had that problem with these guys!
I always have prompt and polite service at this location. The coffee is always provided as ordered!
Updated: If you ask for light ice they will fill your cup half way and leave the rest of the cup empty.. this must be a new thing? ? I finally decided to update my review because the manager (ACE) was so rude this morning and refused to remake my drink that was made incorrectly. All these years and I never had such a terrible experience before… and from the manager?? I was coming to this location daily, and these folks never even took the time to remember my name. Training is needed!
Great Place to pickup your morning coffee! Megan and all the rest of the employees are the BEST. And my Pup is always excited to see them.
Inconsistent.I order the easiest drink. Pike place, black. There is either a ton of coffee grounds in it or the flavor is way off. Today, my black coffee has a sweet aftertaste. Definitely grossed out, not worth coming back.
