I’m a frequent Starbucks customer, so I visited this one for the first time. Mobile ordering was down so I had to wait. In the drive thru, I specifically asked for an iced drink. The barista hesitated, was silent, then told me it’s all set. I get met with a hot drink at the window. And a shrug “I don’t care” attitude from the barista when I told her it was wrong and I asked for iced. She said “that’s all the matcha we have so you want something else or what?” No, I want what I ordered very clearly. Especially when it is 103 degrees outside, does it look like I want a hot drink? Pretty disappointing, especially since wasn’t even busy.
Not this one. The employees that work closing shift don’t care bout getting orders right. Ordered 2 med strawberry ACI. one with no strawberries and the other with extra. When getting my order. They were two larges and both had strawberries. They made me pay for the large ones. I repeated my order two times. They still couldn’t get it right. I feel they were in a hurry due to closing soon. The service here sucks. When you order a large coffee, you are lucky if
I think I'm giving up on Starbucks. I can't even remember the last time I actually got my beverage exactly as I ordered it and paid for the additions that have been left off. This last time was just the last straw. We spent almost $30 on breakfast, and I ended up with a leaking coffee that made my clothes sticky and my car sticky and what a disaster.... then after handling that, realized they didn't even give me the muffin we ordered, so I had to turn around and drive back. Upon asking for and receiving the muffin (which was no longer warm), there was a mumbled apology and basic apathy from the staff. The entire experience was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
Line takes a while, nice staff though. This location skimps on Nitro, so always ask to fill to top
They completely messed me and my friends order!!!!! And forgot our cake pops.
Quick and friendly service. My iced latte tasted great. There wasn't a lot of inside seating which is fine, but there was a little mess at one table which was a bit disappointing.
This Starbucks is great but the parking lot SUCKS. line is always out to the street and if you park and go inside good luck being able to pull out of your parking spot
Went at a good time. Got both of my drinks correct. Was in and out within 10 minutes
This is a Starbucks. It is 100% identical to every Starbucks you've ever been to. I usually specifically go inside to avoid the incredibly long line in their ill conceived parking lot and just grab a brewed coffee to avoid having to wait for one of the better more labor intensive drinks, but as a coffee place you should absolutely never run out of brewed coffee just saying
There was a wait even though I put a mobile order in 15 min ahead of my arrival. I ended up waiting 14 minutes so there seems to be no point in ordering ahead as they don't make it till you get there. The fella with medium length hair working was apologetic for the wait but the shorter dark haired lady had an attitude with myself and the 4 people who came in after me who asked where their mobile order was.
