Sorry but I can’t even make an even review on the food because we never got to eat any. I’m not sure if anyone even WORKS here. We said hello 4 times over the course of 15 minutes via drive thru and no one said a single word. A please give me a moment or something would suffice? I’ll be with you in a moment maybe? Any customer service at all would’ve been desirable. It was at 7:32pm so it’s obviously open. If the corporation needs to pay people more money- do it before this chain is run straight into the ground.
Employee playing game at drive thru. Said my combo order by the number maybe eight times and every time would come back to me with a different order. She never stated she couldn’t hear me and I got progressively louder and there was no way she couldn’t hear the correct order. Store full of teenagers and need adult management. But is okay because right next door was a whataburger who was more than glad to take my order and get my business. This is not the first time I have had issues at this store , but it will the last time as I will never be back.
I will continue to go here, simply because I use the mobile app and order my drinks so I can get half price. I do have a very sneaky suspicion that they do not make the drinks until you actually get there and check in. Sometimes I order 10 minutes before I get there and I sit there and wait for 10 minutes. There's no possible way it takes 20 minutes slushies.
Got the new bacon Sandwich half off. Perfect price. Very good. I would come here over whataburger if the price was like this and the sandwich always was so good. I gave up on sonic and came only cuz the line at whataburger. I’ll be back for this tho. Good job guys. (I won’t pay 5$ for it tho ) maybe 2.50
Gone to this sonic multiple time adn every tume is a disaster. Every single time I go I order the same thing and evey single time its wrong. They forget the lettuce, they forget the ketchup and mustard, some times they even forget the fry's I don't know how they manage to mess up every single order they come by.
Drive thru worker gave great customer service despite having to wait 15 minutes (seems like 30 mins in fast food world) for an order of a large fry and a small tots at 10pm.
One of the WORST sonics I've ever been to! I will sit by the drivethru intercom for more than 10min before ANYONE chooses to say "be with you in a moment" and when I finally get help they never fail to forget SOMETHING in my order or mess SOMETHING up. I refuse to come to this sonic anymore, ridiculous how rude they can be to the customers.
I've never gotten what I ordered. Even a medium Dr pepper came out as a small coke. I've been 3-4x thinking these were 1 offs, but I've concluded that isn't the case. Just go to Whataburger next door. They will make sure your order is correct.
DO NOT GO HERE! ! The drive-through is extremely slow, I waited in line for at least 15+ Minutes, when it was time for me to put in my order I was told to wait again, the person on the mic was rude and when it was finally time for me to put in my order I was told that they ran out of cheese sticks, so not only did I waste my time in the line, I never food.
3 piece tenderThe breading on the chicken was terrible. The gravy was like water. When I pushed the red button and asked for gravy instead of the watered down I was asked if I wanted another sauce.What's up with your gravy? !!
