It's hit or miss when using the app. Not sure what system they have in place but I feel like they forget to check the app orders. Overall though, it's Sonic. Need a drink and a snack, you know where I'm going.
Everyone that works here is nice. Food is always fresh. I don't think I've ever had an error in my order here.
1st they brought me the wrong order had to call them to come back and get it and bring the correct order then I ordered a drink to go, a diet Dr Pepper and they brought me my drink I drove away then I realized it was unsweet tea!
Ever Since January 29th from 4-9 pm the drinks have been absolutely excellent. Thank you sonic bb????
Friendly, fast, got the order right.The only thing that could be better is if you could order the cream slushes from the app.
Everyone there is nice. If you have issues with the Sonic App (it's very glitchy) a good work-around is to just use their website on your phone. I have a bookmark to it on my home screen, so it's almost exactly like having the app, except it works.
Ok. I'm an ice lover. I usually purchase 2 bags of ice every 2 weeks or less. ?♀️I'm kinda disappointed that lately it's been impossible to get 1 bag of ice from the 2920 @ Kuykendall location.6020 Farm to Market 2920, Spring, TX 77379I'm appreciative that this Sonic (Tomball) accommodated my need for ice & still provides bags of ice to customers. It's a slight drive for me, being that the other Sonic is only 3 minutes from me!
I only go there for a bag of ice…. But they execute that well!
Love love love there ice. I can munch all day on their ice. My 2yr old even loves eating the ice here
Placed an order through the app and was sure to order ranch, ketchup, salt for fries, cheddar peppers & onion rings... didn't get them & so had to eat them dry. Otherwise okay.
