Everything was charged correctly, but it wasn't what was ordered. Asked for 2 number 1, and they didn't give us the fries. Looked at the ticket and sure enough only burgers and drinks. Told the carhop the issue and got blamed for not asking for the order correctly. She said you ask for a number 1 with fries with drink and when you say fries you have to say fries or tater tots or fries or like different fries. I didn't know if I should laugh or get upset.Took off and opened the burgers, they were cold. The lettuce was yellow. It was a sad sad meal.On the bright side lesson learned, don't stop at this Sonic ever again.
I asked for my usual drink, a cherry Vanilla Coke with lime and real cream. This was my first and last time going to this particular sonic. I could only take two swallows and it gave me a headache, it was disgusting, WAY too much cherry and no vanilla or cream maybe no lime either. I’ll stick with my normal sonic over here by Decker Prairie and Pinehurst, they are great and much nicer also.
For them to be short staff the experience was amazing the drive attendant was very polite and got my order correct to add the food was hot and fresh and also I was not that long of a wait
The ambiance of the area where our seats were was a bit crowded and messy, though they were leather! Somebody could do a better job vacuuming! ??When compared to other fast food options, I give Sonic a "3" out of 5 Stars.Their service is hit or miss, although the accuracy of order delivery is pretty good compared to many other places (lately).My picky daughter actually seems to like their kids burger, but I have a hard time loving their food. But were else, besides the elementary cafeteria can you get tator tots, ehe?I also think the cheeriness of the car-hop's voices rarely coincides with their face and demeanor.If going for their desserts or drinks, they do okay. Drinks are 1/2 when ordered through the app, but their app sucks and often spins and spins. Also, you never know your total until you complete the arduous task of getting to the end of the ordering process. That stinks.Maybe I need to back it to a two-star? O might be generous with the three stars.
Super polite! Fresh food every time... even 30 min before closing!! Full menu was still available!

Always super slow service when you order on your app. I always have to call in to get my order delivered.
Honestly, this place was amazing. Until i found out that they fired my two favorite workers. Literally the best customer service i had gotten at ANY sonic. After I found out that Jacob, was no longer working there due to poor management, I couldn’t believe it. He was the only one who knew how to properly make EVERYONES food. Won’t be back here again after that news.
Almost evreytime I've gone in the stalls I've waited 25 mins plus and often times other cars will get their order before me.
This is the second time I've visited in the last four weeks. The first time they closed early by an hour and 15 minutes. This time I am almost positive they gave me someone else's order. Don't waste your time on this location.
