Everything is so so sooo good, especially their boudin kolaches are the best (I always get jalapeno and they actually do have some kick to it)! So much better than shipleys! The service is the best! Everyone is so nice and when I come in with a large order they toss in a free donut to thank me for my business! Everything is incredibly fresh too! By far my favorite breakfast place
This donut shop is so wonderful and the family is very sweet. Their donuts are baked fresh everyday and you can tell they care about their quality and customers. Their services are quick and they are so helpful with any special requests. I strongly recommend trying this family owned shop!
Even though there are much closer donut shops near me, I would drive out of my way to get donuts and kolaches from here. Their donuts are so light, soft and fluffy. I don't normally crave donuts but I crave theirs. I bring them to my office and my co-workers rave about them. The owners are wonderful, kind and friendly. I really love this little shop.
I bought an iced coffee because I didn't want to drive to Bliss Doughnuts which is 30 mins away from my house. She literally went to the back and poured a Starbucks frap in my cup! Maybe not a disappointment to most.. but if I wanted Starbucks I would've went to them. Furthermore I just went back its 2 mins from my home. Told her I didn't like it.. she told me (the Lady at the counter) that she couldn't refund me. Yet she didn't offer me a replacement either....Very poor customer service.. And as a certified Chef customer service is what I deal with in my profession. U always should try to keep a customer ??♀️ but hey who am I. Also how would I know that I don't like something if I don't taste it. The reason it couldn't be refunded because I drank some of it.Definitely the right location the one in the same strip as the Texaco and the cleaners.
With so many donut shops around I know it’s easy to find one. But what sets Snowflake donuts on 249 apart is great food and amazing customer service. Chan and her family are one of the sweetest, kind and hardworking people I have ever met!
I drove for miles to get to the original Snowflake Donuts in Tomball just to find out they're now franchised and have locations all over, even close to my house. It was well worth my drive. Same great food! I'll be back!!

The donuts and kolaches are crazy fluffy. The donuts aren't overpowered with sugar like most chains. The kolaches have jalapeños inside the hotdogs. Amazing. Staff was super friendly and polite. Wait time wasn't bad, but they still apologized. I had just come from glaze the blaze and had a terrible experience there. Thank you for turning around my morning.
Wonderful people, wonderful donuts. I can't say enough good things about these wonderful people in their establishment. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and I have never had a bad experience with their food. I drive past several other donut establishments to come here. The service on the quality is well worth it. Keep up the good work guys and gals!
