Great job you guys on my drink this morning didn't take too long it was just right y'all did an awesome job.

Maddy and west are the best they informed me and my husband on our rewards that we didn't know we had and just over all very pleasant ppl to interact with at the drive thru. Kudos to these young teens ?

I visited this Smoothie King location on Friday, and I was extremely disappointed in the way I was treated as a customer. I ordered some drinks through drive thru, and I confirmed the price of the drinks while ordering. When going to pay, the total was more than what i was quoted while ordering. I was given an attitude by a young girl with glasses who should have honored what I was quoted, because it was their mistake for quoting me wrong. I ended up paying for the drinks anyway. I asked for a few extra small cups after paying, and she told me she would charge for them. I've been to other smoothie kings, and I've never been charged for extra cups. So I asked for a refund for my drinks. She once again, with an attitude, said she would call her boss about this and she shut the drive thru window so I couldn't even talk to her. At this point, if you value your customers, the boss should have told her to let it go and honor the price or give me the cups I requested. She then opened the window and said she would refund me. As I'm leaving, I notice on the receipt that she actually charged me AGAIN, instead of refunding me for the drinks that I returned. So now I’ve been charged twice for an order that I never even took. I’m surprised that an employee would have the nerve to do something like this. If it was a mistake, then Smoothie King needs to retrain employees on how to process refunds vs. charges and also on how to treat customers. If it wasn’t a mistake, then there needs to be some sort of consequence for the action of this employee. I did not catch her name, but the receipt said her name is Ashton. And what disappoints me is that there is another previous review about this same girl having an attitude; obviously, nothing was done about it and that’s why she is still working there. I hope Smoothie King handles this in the right manner.

Went yesterday on a Saturday around 2. We were the only car at the drive thru but our drinks took a long time to make. I literally thought they forgot about us lol I took the wrong left turn coming from the high way but luckily the apartment entrance still allowed me to get to the store. Leaving is another story unless you're going towards the freeway. I drove around the building once because I thought I could get to the light by the gas station. But how inconvenient that there's a curb there and you cannot get through. So I had to make a u turn and traffic on spring cypress isn't so nice. It's difficult to get to the furthest left lane then wait for all the traffic to stop on the other side to make the u turn. It's kind of an inconvenient location for me.

Very pleased with the service and the smoothie was on point!
