It's freaking awesome. That immune booster keeps the Rona from attacking, the vitamins is perfect way to start my day & the manager is super sexy! I believe her smile makes my smoothie taste better ?
I stop here almost every morning. The staff here is fast, VERY friendly and they ALWAYS get my order right.
Needed a refund; manager was able to get the reversal in quickly and promptly

It is Tuesday June 1, 2021, on our way to work to get a smoothie its 8:15am and no one is here to take our order. The hours of operation are 6:30 am to 10 pm.
I was in line for nearly 25 minutes. Pathetically slow! Cashier didn't have order correct.Wow?
We love Smoothie King but this location in Tomball is so bad. The customer service is awful. We drove up, the lobby was empty and there was no in line ahead of us. She asked us what we wanted in the drive through, and as we started out order she said “wait” then came and said “what do you want?” We placed our order and she said “what” twice. We finally get that situated and we pull up to the window and the guy says “you had one or two?” We watched for five whole minutes as the two employees joked around pushing each other. Then they started our shakes. In total, we were there for 25 minutes for 2 of the same shakes. Awful. Never coming back to this location.
Smoothies were fairly good but we’ve been here 3 times now and the drive through wait is no less than 20 minutes both times (26 minutes one time). Doubt I go here again unless they can do something about the wait, waiting almost 30 mins for a smoothie is ridiculous.
