So after being in the drive-thru for a substantial amount of time, I decided to go in. I waited patiently in the front to place my order no one acknowledged me. When an older white male stood next to me to place his order, he was quickly acknowledged, the lady grabbed a pare of gloves and decided to proceed to take his order. Thank goodness he spoke up and let her know I’ve been there waiting. Let’s be real folks !!! On a slow day at Shipleys when someone is just standing at the counter with four workers in the front, they can’t miss you. They can’t say they didn’t see you!! Very rude !!!

Who are you saving the good donuts for? At 530 A.M I expect hot glazed donuts Not cold ones. Customer service was excellent; just the donuts weren't.

Do not eat at this location (28517 TX-249, Tomball, TX 77375) if you want your food cooked and to get everything you ordered. I went through the drive-through and they left things off my order and the kolaches were under cooked. Please see photo. When I talked to the manager they would not make it right or refund the portion of the order that was wrong. Be warned if you still deside to go here and use the drive-through open everything you get and check it b4 you leave.

Great Service as always! My favorite is Devils Food and Bavarian Cream filled! Ladies are always nice and fast. Only bad thing here is Traffic getting in and out.
