Very disappointed I ordered take out. A cheese pizza, a 3 topping pizza, wings and a soup. $67 dollars was already over priced. I would not have mind the price if it was good. $7.00 soup tasted like greasy tomato water (was supposed to be minestrone) it was just a few veggies with very acidic greasy tomato water. If you plan to serve low quality then you need to lower the price. I could have had a can of soup that would been better and a frozen pizza for $20.

Food:For the prices, you'd expect much better. It is only "okay" food. My wife ordered the Mediterranean salad. The menu says it comes with pine nuts (none were found on her salad) and no red onion are listed (she hates raw onion!), yet we found several onion slices. I ordered one of their calzones with ricotta, pepperoni and jalepeno. It was only okay. Their ricotta is very pasty and leaves a gross feeling in your mouth. I prefer a looser ricotta - not ricotta toothpaste. My youngest didn't touch her pizza slice that she ordered. Strange. The kid's menu is either a jumbo pizza slice (1 topping) and a drink OR pasta + choice of sauce and a drink for $8. Portions are pretty small on the pasta. Would be nice if it came with a piece garlic bread or something. My wife's incorrectly made salad was $11. We notifed our waitress, and she didn't seem too concerned. My pasty calzone was $14. I think the problem is that we have experienced greatness at another Italiano restaurant in the Humble area that is MUCH better and MUCH less expensive, so to get mediocre food and service at a higher price kinda stinks.Ambiance:It is nice enough. They have some tables and booths. nothing special. We had to clean our own booth seat off because it had many bits of leftover food from prior guests. The rest of the restaurant seems clean enough. A couple of TVs with nothing playing on them. Some decent, subtle music, and a bar area for anyone interested in that.Service:Honestly, our server wasn't great. We arrived on a Thursday evening when there were only two other tables currently seated. You'd expect amazing service if your server wasn't too busy. There was always a wait between my glass getting filled. I think she only passed by once or twice. I also think that it is odd that their Coca Cola Freestyle machine is in the dining room, but can only be used by the servers. At this point in the Covid pandemic, I don't know of any other restaurants doing this, still.Maybe I'm being overly critical, but I just spent $60+ to eat out, and for our family, that should be a pretty great dinner with great service.

We've tried ordering 3 x's thru DoorDash & found the food 2b extremely inconsistent!! The latest order tonight was the final straw. We received chicken alfredo & fettuccine w/o ANY alfredo. We really like the soups, but sometimes it comes way undercooked, the bread knots r hit or burned.Sad. They r jst dwn the road but ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the aggravation. Bucca takes longer but u can COUNT on gr8 food.

Came here with my wife and daughter on Valentine’s Day around 6pm, sat at a booth that had a dirty wine glass on it, waited 15 min, no one cleaned the table or bothered to take our order, so we walked out and went elsewhere. Now I understand why there were so few people there on such a busy day for restaurants.

Great customer service and they always put LOTS of mushrooms when I ask for xtra.Update:I've been here several times over last 3 mo. Kuykendahl/West Rayford Rd location. We had Thanksgiving catered and Oscar gave us a wonderful meal, and worked with me on exactly what we needed. And tonight I just went in to pick up some cake. The Carrot cake is divine, so moist! And the icing is wonderful! The chocolate cake is super rich and dense, with thick creamy ganache frosting. A little rich for my taste but my daughter scarfs it up!Russos gives good large slices, very well worth your money. All the employees so far are great. But especially Oscar, the kitchen manager, always goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service!!

Not quite New York style pizza , they did get the crust right but maybe just needs to be a little more crispier . The cheese is def not New York style. However it was a delicious pizza don’t get me wrong , but if your looking for New York style pizza it’s not quite there yet . I think this place has lots of potential in improving their pizza .

Amazing Calzone and pizza with the best marinara sauce I remember tasting! Give this place a try!

Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and a great experience! Russo's has a lot of GREAT to offer! The pizza was fantastic! We will be visiting Russo's again. Thanks y'all!

On Uber Eats, Russo's uses the name Anthony’s Mediterranean Kitchen. I ordered a Arugula Capressi Salad at $14.40, and I received a bowl of Arugula, with 2 shavings of mozzarella on top. When I called, I spoke with 3 people including 2 managers. All of them blamed Uber Eats, even though I double checked the order and it was correct. They are the ones who supply the menu and pictures to Uber Eats. I guess they changed the name to protect the crooks. Avoid this place unless you like disappointment. See picture.

Amazing customer service. Both times we've come here.
