I love Popeyes chicken, but - the service at the 1488 location was pretty sketchy. Lately it's gotten a lot better and they're not constantly running out of menu items.
The service and food were amazing!I got the shrimp tackle box and the shrimp were perfectly cooked and not rubbery or dried out! The young lady took great care of us and made them fresh.
The key is to catch your food fresh from the fryer. Ask and they will tell you, or simply tell them that you will wait for your chicken to be cooked fresh. It takes them about 15 minutes, but it's worth it.
I had a very bad experience at the one in Waller Texas a couple years ago and I have not been in since I went into the one in Tomball and bought your day make up for it very polite food was fast fresh good excellent service it was a 100% turnaround of what I went through before and the manager was just awesome
I was brought lunch yesterday from this place. I ordered nuggets to share with a co worker They tasted ok but a few hours later we both were complaining about our stomachs feeling on fire. Long story short we both got severe food poisoning from this location. I only ate that yesterday so was easy to find the culprit. I have contacted the health department and made a claim. I wonder how many other people, including children, had an eventful night of bowel movements and projectile vomiting... at the same time. Don't waste your money here
They have the new guy on the register he doesn't know how to take orders add to repeat my simple order to him three times I ordered chicken tenders 2 hours before they close and they didn't have any this location is sad
This store doesn’t deserve to have a star, I don’t usually give 0 or even 1 star but apparently this store is really a mess. I love poppeyes but it seems people here ruined the reputation of tha brand, the guy who is in the counter was very rude and it seems he didn’t undergo a customer satusfaction training. Never do business again with this store ?
Ordered my usual 3 pc spicy white. Food was hot and ready fast. Dining area was open and clean.
The service and food quality at this location has really gone down. Gentleman at the window very unfriendly and tenders we got for our daughter were inedible. Sad.
Wish I could rate it no stars. Literally took my whole order had me pay then five minutes later tell me they don’t have a bunch of stuff and whenever she tried to repay me she gave me less than what was on the menu for the price. Never go there again. Hardin store Popeyes way better!
