I arrive home only to realize my order is incomplete. They won’t give my money back. No one is answering the phone, I kept being sent to this high pitched noise. It seems I’m not the only one with this issue, considering other reviews.

Popeyes is top tier in my opinion. I usuappy get the 3 piece or sandwich. Recently I decided to try the blackened chicken strips. If you have not tried the blackened strips you are missing out on an experience.
Took a long time to get food but the good was good but not good enough to have waited as long as we did
They have improved a lot over the years, so far they have the best pieces of chicken, it's not small or beat up and the taste good, keep up the good work.
Kinda disappointed today? I ordered 5 spicy and 2 classic chicken sandwiches. When we got home, we found out we only got 4 spicy and 2 classic chicken sandwiches. We were missing 1 spicy chicken sandwich. We called them immediately but nobody answers their phone. We googled their contact info and it’s the same as the one listed on the receipt. In fairness to them, it’s the first time it happened to my order. We’ll keep calling until this issue gets resolved
