I really really was disappointed. My husband and I just moved to Tomball Texas recently . We went to eat in the dining room of this establishment. First thing when we got the pizza ,we noticed it was ultra thin layer of topping.!it was basically alot of dough . Then when I asked for a couple packets of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes,the woman told us it would be a $1.00 per packet!!!!never again . I had already lost faith in pizza hut ,but this was the last straw.
Pizza was good, hot, exactly what we ordered.I do wish this location would go back to a buffet. With families leaning toward conservative spending. Eating out is gonna become more of a luxury and restaurant will need to add something so the patron feels they are getting their monies worth when eating out.
The pizza and service was Awesome!!!Having that delicious and hot pizza ? straight out the oven ? took me back when I was younger, having dinner with with family.....The only reason why they didn't get a 5, is their limited specials for dine in and they do not honor any online deals.
This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Puzza Hut. Everything on the menu was not available. Everything was served on paper plates, in paper cups and even our pizza was served in the box. The wings didn't come with dipping sauce unless you paid extra for it, the waitress was unattentive and I had to go looking for her 3 times. When I dine in I don't expect to be served in to go boxes with paper plates. Also btw they don't serve beer anymore apparently. I won't be going back to a Pizza Hut if this is what I can expect. Horrible experience.
Took forever then when we picked it up it was cold and chewy like beef jerky. It had barely any sauce as well. Will never return
Pizza hut in tomball, Texas on main Street is awesome. They are super fast and it is always made perfectly. No matter who brings the pizza out to curbside delivery, they are always friendly and happy. We love our pizza hut!
The atmosphere is great for families or dining, great customer service and make sure you get what you want and see if you like add a drink or other item. Yes they do dine-in. Great location and favorite place for when i want pizza.

It said up to 90 minutes wait for delivery, but I did not expect the pizza to be cold when delivered. Its almost like they made it when the order was placed but delivered it 1 1/2 hours later. Thin and crispy was more of thin and soggy. We love pizza hut, but this location is a hit or miss with what you get. This is not our first inconvenience with this location.
The staff here is fantastic. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Fast, Friendly and quality food and service.
