Okay Thursday May 26th I ordered two specialty pizzas and some cinnamon Pull-A-Parts well I asked for I ordered online and I asked for alfredo sauce on both of my pizzas and a 2 liter root beer when they got to my door it was the both of the pieces is wrong and I got a Pepsi when I call the store the manager when I told him what was wrong my order he proceeded to tell me that that is not what I ordered and started yelling at me this is the worst Papa John's I've ever been to or order from in my life. I recommend no one or is that food from there oh yeah and this is a $60 order and I gave the driver a 10 tip
They got my order wrong and didn’t read delivery notes. Ingredients not that fresh. Not horrible but not remotely impressive or anything I will crave in the future.

Your pizzas that you people make at Papa John's Tomball Tx. Are absolutely despicable I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon, Canadian bacon, jalapeños, none of that was on my pizza it did not even have chicken on it this is the second time this has happen at this location, your food service is a joke, complete ripoff, will never come to this place for pizza again they need to fire everyone there and get some people who take their job seriously!!!!!
I called back 5 minutes after ordering my pizza for delivery to add some wings. The guy that answered was speaking barely above a whisper and he wasn’t responding when I asked if he got my added order. When I called back I was put on hold. When the lady returned, she was confused as to what was going on. I had to go into the store and explain to some girl the mess over the phone. I ended up taking one cold pizza home with an order for 8 wings.
I waited around for 2 hours to recieve my order when the tracker said it was delivered when it was not. When I spoke to the manager, Matt, he was short and rude. Did not offer up an apology and laughed at me when I mentioned this to him. The driver had my order in their car for 50 minutes not informing anyone that they did not deliver it because there was no response. I did not hear a knock, my doorbell was not rung and I did not receive a phone call. When I asked if all they were going to do for the inconvenience was return the money that is now stolen from me he insinuated I was asking for free food. It's called customer service. Papa John's get better managers.
Me and my son went today to this Papa John's pizza place. We walk in every one there GREETED US WITH SMILE AND I MEAN AWESOME SERVICE .PIZZA WAS AMAZING AND THE MANGER THAT WAS SO PLEASANT. WE NEED MORE LOVING CARING PEOPLE LIKE MR. MATT AND HIS TEAM. I WISH I COULD SHOW THE PICTURE OF THE PIZZA. BUT I WAS SO SURPRISE WE ATE IT UP. MUCH LOVE ?. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB.MAY GOD BLESS YOU GUYS.
Was run off the road from one of your driver's. And manager did nothing when called and told them.
I bought three pizzas, I asked for cheese and they gave me 3 envelopes, REALLY?
This papa John’s does not deserve no star. Bad customer service and they won’t honor your coupon. Talking about they run out of pizza dough, really that is the most ridiculous excuse. I will never be ordering from here ever.
